Dear Mr Bayachit,
This is to bring to your kind notice that, I had bought a Two Wheeler from your Dealer M/S. R M Motors,Dahisar,West Mumbai.
The Vehicle No. MH02-BF.9110, ENGINE NO. JAMBRB95928, CHASIS NUMBER. MD2DSJBZZRW11092. It was purchased on 30/5/08. And during this first months I found the mileage was around 80Km per liter.
But after the first service carried out by your authorized service station , M/S. Kaveri Motors, I found that the mileage had gone down to the extent of 50Km per liter. This problem of my bike was brought to your notice by my Uncle Mr. K. E. Jayaraj. After every serive from your service station I encountered some problem with my bike.
After the last service a week back (on 27/1/09) there was a loud sound that started coming from my bike which was not there before the service took place. The moment I brought this to their notice they dismantled my entire bike but couldn't solve the problem and the problem continues to persist. With every passing day I see a new problem adding up!!!!
What I found was your service center fails to have proper technician who can solve the problem and on the contrary uses my bike as a specimen for study. I also was perplexed to see that within a days time,technician from Kaveri Motors had traveled over 100Km on my bike after which I see no end to the problem with my bike.
In a situation like this, I thought of taking up this matter with you to kindly understand, what could be the main reason for failure in your service..???? Is there any thing wrong with your Service Station Services provided to the Vehicle??
I am so disappointed with the service being provided that I have decided to take the matter to the press and consumer court.
Kindly look into the matter and please revert to me for the same as I am eagerly trying to take a drastic step.
