I am from pauri, pauri gahwal, uttarakhad. I bought a discover 135cc with disc break
from Shri bajaj auto sales & service at srinagar. He sold me bike on road payment.
When i fill the form no 20 then i fill my name is SANJAY KUMAR GHILDIYAL. But he
send sale letter form no. 21 to R.T.O. office, in it fill my name is SANJAY SINGH
GHILDIYAL. So my registration certificate made this name. I went R.T.O. office then
he see me form 21 and said this mistake by dealer. Then I went many times to saler
but it could not change this sales letter. And this operation my more time and money
loss. please suggest me what i can do?
