I purchased HONDA SHINE bike 3 months back then the bad days started for me it is a routine job for me to visit the service centre, what ever may be the complaint the answer from the service centre people will be ...the concerned person is not there come tomorrow (or) it will be like that dont worry it wont harm you.worst ever experience with the service centre people. & bike itself is full of problems
There are innumerable complaints from the bike to name few
handle pulling to one side, silencer sound, shocks sound, bike skids if u apply only the bake brake, if we write the page wont be enough.
My sincere advice to all who want to buy HONDA 2 Wheelers... Dont buy the bike's to make your life miserable

Dear Sir,
Pls. send a complaint letter to the Managing Director of the Company at their Head Office address. This is the only way to get any help on Company level. Send your complaint through registered post or courier and keep a copy of that letter with you.

Yes, It will surly help you in many ways, like if the company will not help you even after receiving the notice, then this acts as a solid proof in the court that we have even intimated the CMD of the parent company.
