    Hi Team,



    This is regarding purchase of a bike names yo-speed. The purchase was done
    in Jan and payment was done in cash at the time of purchase it was told that
    it will take 2 months to deliver the RC of this bike. But till date there is
    no RC has been handover to me.

    I am continuously following-up with the showroom where I purchased this bike
    and also with the Delhi head office of Electrotherm (I) Limited. But the
    solution is not there with me.

    Even the situation is that much worsts that telephonic representative now
    start abusing on phone and not ready to help.



    All the issue I am facing is that I can't put that vehicle on road and have
    no utilization of my money, I feel cheated and no one is ready to help in
    this case. I want to legal fight with this company. Please guide me

    Please read the chain mail and do let me know is there is any soultion for
    this issue this RC is now ready at the authority but as your lawer holding
    the orignal recipts of the RC, i am unable to get it from the authority.
    people of your agency are worthless, how you people are manage entire
    opreations i am now doubtful on your skill set also. the reginal manager
    always says i am not here to handle your issue then who the hell is
    responsible for this messup offcouse me who even inciated a intrested to buy
    this troublefull equipment from upprofessinal people like you and your
    agency.



    So don't play hide n seek provide me a solution this time or reimubruse my
    amount and take back your bike.

    Now i am really feedup from people who are i am dealing here inspite of this
    emails to you and dealing with your guys i am not having any solutions, my
    RC is still not prepaired. only for some Rs 1500 you treated clients like a
    streat dogs..for your information this vechicle is now in police custody.
    and its becoming very hard for me to get this back. which is ruiening my

    Hi Team,



    This is to bring your notice again a vechile registration issue ;-



    I purchased one yo speed bike from authorized dealer Amit yo bykes plot
    no.29, Block -A poket -1, Sec-15 Rohini, Delhi-1100089.



    This Yospeed bike was purchased on 1st Jan 2009 and at the time of purchase
    they said the entire document related to this bike will be handover to you
    within 30 days. and after 5 months documents are still not delivered/
    prepaired and vendor having no clue when they will finally handover the
    document related to registration of the bike and the bike number.



    I continuously chasing the authorized dealer amity Yo bykes for the same and
    the answer is within next week your vehicle number and RC will be finalized.
    It's been 5 months since I purchased this vehicle and still having no number
    of the same which lead me not to use my vehicle legally on road.and the
    reason is that they have some internal offical issue with the dealer and his
    legal consultant due to that client is suffering.



    This seems to be fully financially wastage of money.There is no single
    person from the company site ready to take proper responsibility of this
    work to be finished and handover my RC and vehicle number.



    Please Guide me where to go to get this Issue resolve.

    It has got some problem and our dealer is not taking any action.It has been taken during the month of august.

    Thumbs down PROBLEM IN HANDLE , light and running problem

    Dear sir,

    I here by want to complaint about the problems we are getting in repair of Yo Byke exl . we had bought it on 5 sept 2011, from Matrix motors, saraswati vihar, delhi. There is problem in handle and it stops automaticaly while running, we have sent it to the Matrix motors workshop for repair about 4-5 times but our problem has not been fixed yet.
    so,i request to take proper action for that.For this i will be very thankful to you...

    Sir I have purchased a yo bike from Hi growth agencies Ernakulam, Toll junction,Now the agency is not working there.
    I am unable to service and repair the vehicle since i hard to find the dealer. Kindly send a technician to my residence and check the vehicle is repairable or not. So that I can take the vehicle to the showroom whichu suggest

    Default YO BIKE NOT working , not in running condition, dealer refused to repair it, Bike in warranty period

    Hi Yo bike Team,

    I write this mail to consider my problem with YO bike, which have a fault & not working now. last time about 6 month back with my Yo bike i have a same issue, at that time Delear did not respond well but with the influence with you guys he changed the part & told me the part is new but the same problem occurs now after 6th months. There is one Part in BIKE named as "CONTROLLER" which is not working & need to replaced but the dealer refused to do so. He say part is not available & we are not sure whether this is available or not. The part is fully under Warranty period.

    I have a your service engineer no. but he is not picking phone also.

    Please resolve my problem, because this is 4th time i faced a problem in yo bike even though i purchased this product only 1.6 year ago & i already made so much investment to make my bike in running condition.

    Dealer take no responsibly & says part is not available, even though he charged money from us too.

    Please Communicate with my city dealer & provide the necessary part & convey him to replace my bike part asap & tell him to replace it asap

    I am truly says from my heart i am really very disappointing by you people regarding the Product Service.

    dear sir

    i had purchased yo bike from malerkotla in punjab in 2010. i used ur bike only two months but after two months it strated create problem, i said to dealer of ur company in my city firozpur cantt in punjab, but he not listend me, then i said to mr. pathak in ahemdabad in ur office, he said me always that he will solve my problem very soon but no one care, m in big tension now, so i request to solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will suicide and all blame will go on ur compnay and ur company employees, i am requesting u last time for this, if i will not recieve any help from u within a week then i will take my last step
