    Angry Hero Honda complaint



    I have a complaint against Hero honda company. I gave my bike splendor+ for servicing
    at Spectra Auto Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. They charged me extra on each service. for eg. Change of oil,
    removing puncture etc. was charged 5-10 Rs. each extra. Also they sent my bike outside the service centre to repair my bike. My original spark plug was replaced by them with a duplicate one and was charged extra Rs.10 on that.Also the service centre MANAGER talked rudely to me.

    I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this service centre.

    In your complaint you havn't provided us the details related your bike like its model, date of purchase and Registration number etc. Pls. proide us the required informations as soon as possible.

    Default Hopeless services ............. from dealers.

    hi ,

    I am Pranav, bought honda unicorn from one of the dealers named "Innovative honda pvt ltd" at Ahmedabad. They did not give me proper first 6 services andMy bikes handles T is also not working properly. Such a heavy bike is moving like voveling around the road inspite it should be driven straight. I went to Punjab honda dealers at Rajkot , Gujarat. Why such kind of dealers you gus have kept who does not respond any more after buying bike from them. I want to do court case on these guys, first you tell me I should register case on Honda company or on the dealers ??? I mean this is hopeless thing, you guys stops responding to the customers. ??? What hte hell kinf of dealers youguys are keeping ???

    DEAR SIR/MAM

    I BOUGHT HERO HONDA SUPER SUPLENDER MODEL WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER HR13D 1915,MONTH OF Mfg. 8/2008, CHASIS NUMBER MBLJA05EE89F16265,ENGINE NUMBER JA05EA89F95799

    I BOUGHT IT FROM BADLI BRANCH OF ( SATVIK MOTORS DELHI ROHTAK ROAD, BAHADURGARH )
    I FOUND PROBLEM WITH MY BIKE BATTARY FROM THREE MONTHS WHEN I BOUGHT IT. I GAVE IT TO THE AGENCY THEY CHANGED IT BUT IT AGAIN SHOWED PRBLEM WITH IN 2 MONTHS AND WHEN I CONTACT THEM AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO SEE THE PROBLEM WHICH I WAS FACING, NOW MANY MONTHS PAST THERE IS NO HEREING OF ME. SO FINALY I LAST EMAILING U SEE THIS MATTER SERIOUS AND PLZ HEAR MY VOICE BCOZ I HAVE NO OPTION NOW.
    I ALSO COMLAINT IN DELHI AND CHANDIGARH BRANCH HEAD BUT THEY NITHEIR REPLY MY EMAIL NOR PHONE CALLS.

    NOTE ---- I DEPOSITED MY BATTARY WITH IN WARENTY PERIOD AND WHAT I RECEIVED ONLY INCONVEINCE
    BATTARY NUMBER WITH THE BIKE 7BG8321176
    WHEN THEY CHANGED THE BATTARY NUMBER IS 7J8619453


    I AM WAITING FOR UR ACTION SOON AND APPROPRIATE FOR THE PROBLEM

    Arrow Hero honda, servicing

    I gave my Bike for servicing , main fault was clutch and brake. They asked me to come after a day. After i recieve my bike and went home. later in the evening i realise that clutch and brake was not working properly. I again went to dealer and complaint about this. The manager Mr. ravi first misbihave with me and asked me to wait for a long. I waited till 1 hour. After to my surprise i found lot of noise in my engine. i asked them what is it, they said the noise was before also. Now my question is if noise was before also then why they didnt mention in the job sheet they gave to me. Then they start misbihave with me and refuse to repair it. I was upset and leave that shop. After i give my bike to a local bike shop, they simply replace one nut of 10 rs, and the noise was gone. I trust that local shop now onwards and planned to go only that local shop. In the mean while I am planning to go to consumer court to get a justice.
    The Hero Honda service centre is located near by my house, named Pioneer Enterpreneurs Pvt Ltd, K-69, Abul fazal enclave, I am really annoyed with Mr. ravi out there, When i asked for a complaint box they asked me to fill a form, after filling they said we will drop it later since drop box has broken. This experience was really upseting, I hope you people will do sumthing about this in future

    Dear All,

    To sort out your complaints, you’ll have to send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. with copy of bill and job sheet cards. Send you complaint through registered post or courier and don’t forget to keep a copy of that letter with you. Mark your complaint to the Managing Director of the Co. and wait for the response, for 15 to 20 days. Also send a copy to the concerned service centre. Revert back soon with the reply from the Co. or the service centre.

    Exclamation Honda Activa Service

    Hi,

    This is customer of Herohonda service center, Previously inthe last month i have given my vehicle (HondaActiva) for the service at herohonda Sales& Services near , Neredmet CrossRoad , RK puram flyover.

    Jst with in ten days after sevicing , again my vehicle started troubling me. and they have given me the bill for un serviced and un added new accessories. saying that they did proper servicng and changed new battery , but they dint add new battery infact.

    and after 1month again i hav given my vehicle for the repair and submitted my previous bill.they again kept my vehicle for the whole day and didnot do any service but they have charged.

    I want to lodge a compliant on irresponsible idiots working for Herohonda service center , at Neredmet X roads , near RK puram flyover.

    Let me know the procedure how can i apply case on them.

    Please kndly do the needful.

    Kindly forward your written complaint to the head office of the Co. at following address:

    The Managing Director,
    HERO HONDA MOTORS LTD.,
    34, Community Centre, Basant Lok,
    Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - 110057.

    Keep a copy of that complaint letter. Wait for the response for 15-20 days and revert back soon after getting any response from there.

    dear sir ,am not geting any spares of my bike cbz xtream ,, so pls do the need full ned fully ,, or ill have 2 file a case against hero hoda in consumer forum and am searching the parts 4m past 3 months and i din find thm at any deelear at bangalore ,,
    am so fed up that am not able 2 use ma bike from 3 months,,,

    Default Extra charges by hero honda dealers

    Dear sir,
    I bought a hero honda passion pro motorcycle from hero honda showroom, dondaparti visakhapatnam. The dealer has charged me extra money as follows

    rs 900 for temporary registration as against the actual rs 50
    rs 2000 for permanenet registration
    rs 700 as handling charges.

    These charges are over and above the cost of the vehicle, road taxes and other taxes which he has cllected from me. On my insistence he has given me bills of all of them, but has not written any details on the bills other than the ammount and a note of charges.
    i wish to seek redressal as the dealer is not supposed to charge me any of these charges and these are akin to extortion

    kindly advise me regarding the course of action i should take

    I BOUGHT A NEW Silver KARIZMA ON 20/11/09.when i took the delivery of my bike and drived it to my home ie Ponda 17km from the showroom i found the followwing defects 1)rear tire was was rubbing against chain cover.2)the mian stand of the bike is not proper.3)Engine oil was leaking.4)Front disc was making noise.5)Fuel nob was too hard.I brought all this problems to the notice of the dealer and got reply saying would sort out all things during first servicing,but still after 1st servicing none of my issues were resolved.Is this the way hero honda is called desh ki dhadkan??\
