I purchased a Hero Honda CBZ Xterme on 10/01/2009. I did met with an accident this month and I gave it for repairs. The repair was done and I got my bike back on 26/03/2010. They did not charge my battery completely and told me to do it outside. on the very next day the headlight began to shake while riding . I saw something falling from my front of the bike. I took it for repairs again he fixed the screw and that problem was solved. I did not have a pleasant conversation with them at the showroom as they did not accept it was their fault. Now my meter light does not glow properly. I will go tomorrow and show them the bike again.
I wanted to know do I have to pay for that?
Also, how else can I ensure that I get good service.
I have lost faith in them.
