    Default Low Average of PLEASURE

    Respected Sir(s)/mam,
    I, Bhaveshri Katarmal from Jamnagar, Gujarat, is an owner of Hero Honda PLEASURE scooter since the last 2 years (purchased on 29/3/2008) . As per my information and your advertisements, PLEASURE scooter can give the minimum average of 50 km/ltr, But my PLEASURE is hardly giving the maximum average of 25 km/ltr.

    Our Authorized Dealer is GOKUL ASSOCIATES, JAMNAGAR. More than 10 times, I went there to solve this problem, They check little bit, find some little fault and told us that now your scooter would give the average of 50 km/ltr, but there is no result, Sir. Till today, it is giving average of 25 km/ltr which is found very Expensive for me.

    I belong to middle class family and you know the petrol rates are so high. I always have to think before drive the scooter that “Kahin Jyada Kharcha To Nahin Ho Jayega na !!!”

    I think you understand what I am saying and I request you to consult Gokul associates to give proper attention to repair my scooter otherwise a CUSTOMER has many other options also which you and I properly know.

    So please Sir, I am hoping for your proper attention on this matter and waiting for your early favorable reply.

    Default Hero Honda CBZXtreme

    I purchased a Hero Honda CBZ Xterme on 10/01/2009. I did met with an accident this month and I gave it for repairs. The repair was done and I got my bike back on 26/03/2010. They did not charge my battery completely and told me to do it outside. on the very next day the headlight began to shake while riding . I saw something falling from my front of the bike. I took it for repairs again he fixed the screw and that problem was solved. I did not have a pleasant conversation with them at the showroom as they did not accept it was their fault. Now my meter light does not glow properly. I will go tomorrow and show them the bike again.

    I wanted to know do I have to pay for that?

    Also, how else can I ensure that I get good service.
    I have lost faith in them.

    Post complaint about dealer

    Dear sir,
    as we have owned your company brand of glamourPGMFI,but your local dealer do not know how to talk with customers last monday ihave went into the servicing centre of your local dealer super agencies dated 29 march 2010 for vechile servicing firstly they dont take my bike then i have complain to manager then there staff says we dont have spare parts of this bike so we dont take your bike i have tell them that i will complaint about you they tell that we will through your bike to the gatar the manager is watching everything but he has not done anything.so it's my request to take action against the dealer super agencies or iwill take legal action against the company.

    I purchased Passion Pro and i am facing problem in Race & Clutch even after first servicing.I think the servicing done by your authorized service provider is not upto mark.Please look into this ASAP otherwise i will put this case in Consumer Court.As i have to tarvell daily around 60 KM to fro to my office & Home.

    Default Problems in my New Motorcycle Royal Enfield Classic 350

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    Sorry to bother u but I can't stop myself due to pure performance of Classic 350 cc. I find this 200 kg of garbage is disturbing my personal & professional life.

    There is a huge crack in its chassis Mr. Amit Mohan & Mr. Jagdish executives Royal Enfield at Delhi told me that it will be resolved with 7-10 days but now after 14 days they are still not giving the satisfactory answer.

    The engine oil is leaking, break shoe not running more than 500-700 kms, there is a huge sound coming from rear breaks.

    What should I have to do kindly tell me.

    Bought motor cycle agnst attched docoment warranty provided for two yrs but so for 5 months completed engine was faound fault but hero honda company deler situated at Bharatpur Rajasthan says that in the motor cycle insite the gear box lock was not found from the company thats why engine produce noise and vibrations and motorcycle wheel spoke was broken even in the four month use of motor cycle on the highway (5400 Km run up till now) I humblly request ur good self to take necessary action in this regard and do the needful as earlier as possible

    Respected Sir,

    Myself Jayesh Macwan. I have purchased Hero Honda Passion Pro Cell Start Bike from Nadiad (Kheda District) Gujarat. Already I have completed 4 Services. I have left 2 free services. I have Purchased Bike on 18/8/2009 by installment.

    I have completed last 2 services in your service center Nadiad Pij Road, where I did not get good response. In my bike unwanted voice comes out which I told to service center.

    And I got reply that in all Passion Pro Bikes it comes out because of their vibration. And I got reply that mainly it is coming from the headlight.

    I have a question if it is a company folt then why company is not taking any steps against this problem?

    If it is not company folt then why your foremen are not able to remove that problem?

    I always say to my friend circle to purchase Hero Honda vehicle.

    I am suffering since 4 months.

    Hero Honda complaint

    I have a complaint against Hero honda company.Always i give my bike at regular intervals at proper time at showroom's servicing point. I gave my bike karizma for servicing
    at Bharadwaj show room, karimnagar. They charged me extra on each service.i dont mind for it, because mechanic use to speak soft. when i gave my bike for second servicing my bike started giving troubles many sounds in engine aswell as i cant get my bike in neutral gear aswell as no neutral indication light and till now i have to start my bike by clutching the clutch. I complained about it to manager he said some minor problem but the spare is not available and said he will b informing me after arriving. when i asked about it in 3rd servicing the service centre MANAGER talked rudely to me.

    Recently i faced a new problem in my bike, their is a crack in front right shock absorb rod, by which oil is flowing too much, i complained it to manager but he said its a physical damage, refused to claim under warranty, but mechanics said its a manufacturing fault no shock absorb rod will crack with in one year and they advised me to case a file in consumer court.

    I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this service centre.

    I BOUGHT NEW HERO HONDA PLEASURE THREE MONTHS BEFORE AND MY BIKE NUMBER TN 33-AQ-5196 GREEN COLOUR, AT THE TIME OF FIRST SERVICE I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT REGARDING RIGHT HAND SIDE MIRROR PROBLEM WHICH IS ROTATING AT ALL THE SIDES! EVEN IN FREE AIR, THEY REPLIED ME NOW THERE IS NO STOCK AT ALL,I SAID AT THE TIME OF SECOND SERVICE I WILL REPLACE IT, BUT AT YESTERDAY ON (20.05.2010) I WENT FOR SECOND SERVICE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AS RIGHT SIDE MIRROR ROTATES IN ALL THE DIRECTION THEY SAID OK WE WILL SEE UR COMPLAINT, BUT ON TODAY JUST TWO HOURS BEFORE I WENT FOR DELIVERY OF MY BIKE, BUT THEY JUST GIVEN A BIKE NOT EVEN SAID WHAT ARE THE COMPLAINTS WE RECTIFY IT,I THINK FIRST THE M.S.K MOTORS DEALER IN HERO HONDA NEED A DISCIPLINE HOW TO BEHAVE TO THE CUSTOMERS SPECIALLY THE IRRESPSCTIVE MANAGER, I WENT TO ASK ABOUT MY COMPLAINT THE MANAGER REPLYING ( WHAT?     I have Purchased Hero Honda Splendor Plus on 24/8/2009 (PURCHASED FROM MOHANA AUTOMOBILES CHENNAI - 79.) FROM 2nd Service Onwards My Vehicle Steel items are getting rusted (Front Shock absorber, Rear Wheel & Back Wheel and Saree Guard). I am using the steel glass and other steel items in my house everthing is fine for past 20 years till it is good condition. Kindly replace all the rusted parts in my vehicle.     Angry Problem With Double Stand

    i had buy a Hero honda Passion Pro (UP-14-BA-8483) on 15 April 2010 and there is a problem with stand , its break one side from the joint when i go to the showroom the services engineer says that its not company / show room fault.its totally customer fault and i am responsible for that breakage will u tell me how can we break the stand and why you made the service center.so kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
