    Dear Sir,
    I want to complaint regarding misbehaving from the dealer. I Subhash Goyal went to showroom of Hero Honda in Ambikapur (C.G.) to purchase bike CD - DELUXE
    I talked to the dealer about the terms & conditions of bike and the form is also fill up by the dealer and when the turn came to do payment I had provided cheque to dealer of Punjab National Bank Cheque No. :- 656140 date 05/12/2011 and our A/C M/S Drug Deal Ambikapur cheque has been provided. But the dealer refused to take the cheque payment and by this effort and misbehaving of dealer I had not purchased bike since . Your Authorised Dealer M/S Anand Automobiles Deviganj Road Ambikapur Distt :- Surguja (C.G.)
    Is in your concern you are not accepting Cheque Payment?

    I am purchasing Hero Honda fashion pro Bike no. MH-20-BX-1409 from Dhanlaxmi Auto at waluj Aurangabad.
    i am suffering in the problem of handle vibration since purchasing our bike on month 09-01-2011
    we have complient so many times to company showroom and service centre still problem may persist.
    they people are unable to resolve the issue.
    Shall i lunch the complient against Dhanlaxmi Auto at waluj Aurangabad. in police or what I will do please suggest

    dear sir,
    i had prchased herohonda karizma R white colours..on the dt :12-7-2011...bill no:1526, eng no:mc38ecbgf00796. from associated auto services pvt ltd from guntur andhra pradesh.i had met with an accident on the date of 9-9-2011. my byke was given to associated sevice center..on dt 12-9-2011.but till now my bike was not serviced too me...! if i asked the manager...he answered no sparesare avaliable ...! if spares are not avaliable it will be shame on ur herohonda! the manager also answered rudely too me..! three monthes completed but till now my bike was not returned to mee...it iis very shame on herohonda..! soo plzz take action on associated auto service pvt ltd.,padmavathi buldings,lakshmipuram road, guntur,andhra pradesh.

    SHAKTI MOTOR,NEAR DEVIKERE ROAD,SIRSI,KARNATAKA ..HE IS TAKING SO MUCH EXTRA CHARGE OF HERO HONDA ALL VEHICLES...
    WHEN I SAW IN INTERNET SOME ON ROAD PRICE IS 48000,AND 51000,AND I CHECK ALL RATE OF HERO HONDA PRICE ..ITS SO MANY DIFFERENCE..ALL BUT HE IS TAKING 8 TO 10000 MORE PRICE OF VEHICLE...SO WHAT WILL BE DO POOR PEOPLES..PLZ TAKE ACTION OF THAT SHOWROOM AND HELP POOR PEOPLE......

    my bike number is MH 12 HM 5701 i have given my bike to service on apurv motors in Pune i am unsatisfied with their work they have given my bike and by mistake of workers of apurv motors the oil pipe {chamber screw } is broken the oil is leaking from the bike and they have denied to change the part and they are simply pasting the screw with m-seal i want to change the part because further it will damage the bike..

    sir, please be kind enough to let me know whether your first service charging money for the parts changed as because the service centre charged money to change some parts

    Donot Purchase vehicle from Sub-dealers

    I purchased a Splendor Pro from City Wheels malleshpalya Bangalore-560075 on 18th Jan 2012, I am struggling to get the Vehicle registration number from them. When digged into the detials they mentioned they are only sub-dealers, but they have put a board telling Authorized dealers. Then when checked the Tax invoice is from Majestic motors R.V road Bangalore. I called the Majestic motors to check the detiails, they mentioned you need to check with City Wheels only. Then when checked with City wheels, they mentioned, the RTO is not registering 2012 models, hence it will take few days, but some one called on 20th Jan 2012, telling the bike is required at RTO office for registration, I was in my office, hence told not possible to get the vehicle, then when checked on 21st Jan 2012, who had called from City Wheels. They mentioned no one had called. Currently, I cannot use my bike to office, since without registration number, I will not get vehicle pass. Please suggest, how to get my vehicle registration number. I have paid recepits from City wheels and Taxt invoice from Majestic motors

    I took a herohonda cbz extreme on 06-07-2011 from J.C.T motors,Paruthippara,Trivandrum.The back left side shoke ubsorber of the bike became complaint after three months of delivery.My bike has been serviced 5 times in an authorised centre named "BIKE ZONE KADAKKAL KOLLAM".The complaint of the above said of shoke absorber yet not repaired.Now The suspension system and the right side shoke ubsorber also became complaint.as a costomer what should i do to get my bike repired.The service centre behave irresponsible to me.kindly take necessary action to get my bike repaired.

    I have a complaint against Hero Honda company . I gave my bike passion plus DL35AH6685 for changing visor and Seat cover to HONDA SERVICE CENTRE 18/2, mathura raod opp ajronda bus stop faridabad. but petrol is totally removed from my bike and it is fault of service person of that service center. i m not satisfied with servicing, it should not be happened in future.

    I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this service centre.

    im saleem from malappuram. my hero honda karizma bike registration number is KL10-AG-4865, ENGINE NUMBER MC 38EAAGL00505 purchased on 21/02/2011. i want to complaint against the best motors malappuram/kerala/india. becoz, their maintainance and behaviour is too bad. they don't know how to deal a customer. i have purchased my bike from there. but, my all 5 free services was too bad. now i given my bike on the date 21/02/12 for my last free service. but, i didn't get a good service yet. so, if you don't mind, can u take a good action immediately. i will have been waiting for that. my contact number is 0091 9847 147 562.

    Myself kiran telgave have a complaint against hero honda motors. That i have purchased cbz xtreme in november 27 and from that date of purchasing there is a noise in shockup and handle then i have informed that problem to the dealer and he said that we are ordering shockup pipe and uptodate the shockup pipe are not replaced and they said that the we cant tell when shockup pipe will come . This complaint is about hero motocorp showroom and servicing centre latur state maharashtra

    hi i had given my bike after an accident, they had kept for almost a month no doubt insurance process takes time... but there are 2 other parts which are to be change still(the part where hunk written n handle)... i had given my bike in month of jan'12.. its march almost ending now... they keep saying we are not getting spare parts from company... dont know who is right n who is wrong... i just need help of anybody to resolve this issue ASAP.... i have already paid for all....

    requested sir,
    my name is purushottam vijaykumar haridas.
    i m purchased the new bike namely "hero honda passion pro" with all price payment ,in “suman-kirti” showroom,from pandharpur,ditrict-solapur in Maharashtra- 413304.
    my complaint is against of dealer of your bike station of “SumanKirti” showroom in pandharpur,
    i purchased bike passion pro bike in "Suman-kirti" services in "pandharpur" in 26'th march-2012,
    but some parts of bike are remaining like silencer strip, reset button of measuring km/hr for each trip...etc.
    the dealer (manager) of the hero-honda service station is not responding my request, so many times.
    i requested to him so many times to set the remaining parts,but he neglects my request at every time or he can not getting my request. he answers me the parts yet not available or load of the material is not reached here right now, my question is that if you sends bikes to any dealer, you can't forward the all parts with reference of bikes in "hero-honda"?????
    or not???.
    if you sends all parts with respect to all bikes, then why dealer is to late set the remaining parts of bike???
    also the trip/reset button is not available to my bike.
    he and his staff is also known the reset/trip button is not available at the time of purchasing the new bike passion pro from the showroom but he replies me the button he cannot fit to bike because of company can't send the single part,
    actually when the bike is at showroom, at that time the button was not available or it removes by his worker or some other thief, but the worker and manager replies to me is we can't set the trip/reset button, we can't be able to watch small parts of bike in showroom, if I neglect my request of reset/trip button, in the market there is no single button available and for only that button, for that button only, purchase the whole meter box which is the price of 5.50.Rs. in the market.
    so the whole situation if we considered the dealer of such showroom cannot able to perform dealership of your company carefully, your company’s reputation will be lost , so I suggested to you such dealer is unable to sales the your products carefully, so stop their dealership.
    I requested to you please try to understand my request as early as possible, if your side there is no any feedback, then I m complainting to consumer care court immediately.
    If I used some words which is unfair then I m extremely sorry, because of my patience will be lost .
