I have tried to communicate multiple times to Dealer and Yamaha Company as well, but no positive response, please check the mail below, which I sent to Yamaha Motors.

Please take necessary actions against them ASAP...

Dear Concern,

I am the proud owner of YAMAHA FZ16, purchased bike dated on 04-Feb-09 at Yamaha Dealer "Samrat Motors, Ghaziabad" but after 6 month I didn't receive RC by dealer. I have made hundreads of calls to them and facing multiiple times challan by Traffic Police.

Previousely they told me RC was lost and now they are didn't give any response.

Dear Sir,

Pls. send a complaint letter to the Dealer as soon as possible. In your complaint letter you have to mention that if the dealer is not going to provide you the RC of your vehicle within 15 days, you are going to file your case in consumer court. Send that letter through registered post and do keep a copy of that letter. Wait for their response and revert back soon after getting any reply from the dealer.
