Registraion Charges charged by the Dealer I have purchased a new bike Suzuki GS 150R on 4th july'09 from Durgapur, West Bengal. My dealer Durgapur Suzuki have charged me Rs 1150/- for registration + tax..where as after looking in the RTO website RTO and talking with the RTO people in kolktata i came to know that we have to only pay Rs 280/- for registration.
Rs 200 towards Registration miscellaneous charges
Rs 60 for Registration
Rs 20 for Service Charge
when asked for what is the difference charged for they said like they have to pay Bribes n Brokerages to the RTO people. which is not at all appreciated by me.
Now after talking with the company people the dealer calls me up on 8th August (i.e almost more that a month later) and says that they have charge me Rs 66700/- on road where as Its Rs 67035/- now they ask me to pay the difference amount.
Can someone advice how can i get the out of these problem.

Dear Sir,
Pls. send a written complaint to the dealer regarding your complaint, to get the difference amount in a provided time frame and copy to the head office of the Co. (to the MD of the Co.). Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter with you. If the dealer continues to harass you, then you can sue the dealer in consumer forum.
