Hi my name is Vignesh I am from chennai.
I had bought a splendor with the name tag "Hero Honda Splendor plus" from "southern auto centre, 660, Anna salai, nandhanam, chennai 35" on 13 august 2011.
It has been two weeks and today is 27 august 2011, exactly 14 days from the date of delivery. I have not been able to use the vehicle since it has no number plate. but the people at southern auto centre are not even bothered to respond to me.

They say that the problem is that "hero honda" is now "hero moto corp". but I got my vehicle as "hero honda splendor plus" and not as "hero splendor plus". The name of the company was changed only on 15 august 2011. even after all this time they have not replied to me as on which date the vehicle will be registered.

So, what should I do to make them register my vehicle???

should I go to the court...

or should I register a FIR or something.

please give me a way to use my vehicle please.....

This is very frustrating. I went for pulsar 150 but my dad insisted me to buy a splendor and this happens.
