Dear Sir / Madam,This is to inform you that I had booked an Bajaj Pulsar 220
Motorcycle through their Authorised Showroom & Sales centre situated at
Kanjurmarg (W), Mumbai. My Booking Number is 02000512, Dt: 30/06/2009. I had made a
Cash down payment of Rs.44928/- on 30/06/2009 vide their Cash Receipt No. 02000258,
Dt: 30/06/2009 at their Kanjurmarg Showroom. While making the down payment I was
assured that the delivery of the Bike will be done in 15 days from the date of
booking. But till date, it has passed a month since I booked my Bike, I have not
received any satisfactory answers from them. On giving a call to their Kanjurmarg
Showroom on 18/07/2009 and as per my subsequent talks with their Executive Ms. Kaur
who told me that they have just received the TC registration number and my bike will
be delivered within 7 working days, i.e I should have received my bike by Dt:
25/07/2009. On my againg calling her on 25/07/2009 I was informed that due to some
problems & Goverment rules and regulations the TC registration number has not
arrived & is likely to arrive in next week. Before on 18/07/2009 she has
confirmed that the TC registration numbers had arrived & now she has denied
saying that. Again on 25/07/2009 I was assured that i will get my bike in the next 7
working days. I dont understand how long is this going to go on. I request you to
please looking into the matter and inform me about the proceeding for the
