I purchaged a hero honda bike on 19.4.2006. The details of which is as follows:-

Total run till complain date 21500 km


sir, all free sercvice and paid service had been done timely accordin to company guidline at athorised service center Rudra automobile pvt ltd ,khagra garh more GT Road Burdwan , WB. On 18.apr 2011, I gave my motor bike at same service center , the told me about major damage in engine of bike and they charged me Rs. 9153/- for total sevicing charge including spareparts change. I want to know from company that why at about 21500 KM run this type major damage occurs in my bike, Can I get compassation for this bad thing. I further assure that no accidant occurs during this period.
