    Default Regarding replacement of battery in warranty period with Company "YAMAHA INDIA"



    Dear Sir,

    I mailed and several times to the Yamaha India back-office regarding replacement of my bike battery which is in warranty, but the company is not responding to my calls or mails. Hence i request you sir to take appropriate action on the company and do necessary need full. Sir here i attached chain of mails which i had corresponded with the company.

    Dear Sir,

    I am very disappointed With the company and its back office. I placed a request two weeks but till date no action was taken. At Back office they hardly pick the calls to give stupid & false excuses, with out answering they keep us on hold and most of the time they will not answer the phone. What type of management is your company running. You people make great speeches that customer is your first priority but in actual you are not even doing 1% of it.

    It is almost more than 2 weeks i raised a complaint on vehicle battery replacement. On 21 November 2010 at 12:00 pm i received Minda 5LB battery with serial number 1P10367840, within a couple of months the new replaced battery is not working. I really don't understand why you promote Companies like Minda when their product cant sustain in the market.

    On 21 November 2010 at 12:00 pm i received Minda 5LB battery with serial number 1P10367840, within a couple of months the new replaced battery is not working.     Today (21 November 2010) at 12:00 Am i received Minda 5LB battery with serial number 1P10367840 without any warranty card. When i asked about the warranty card, they informed me that it is not necessary. My question is if i shifted to any other city and if battery replacement issue arise then how can they exchange the same without warranty card. So please address my issue at earliest and arrange me a warranty card for Minda 5LB battery with serial number 1P10367840.

    Dear Sir,

    I called to 1800-420-1600 but no one is responding, so i am mailing you directly.

    I am holding Yamaha YZF R15 bike bought on 28/12/2009 from Sri Srinivasa Automobiles, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

    My Bike is fitted with MINDA Battery. I seriously don’t understand why your company encouraging this type of companies which doesn't have any reputation in Battery Industry other than in Key Industry.

    Sir we spent one lakh change on this bike and we expect some standards while your company is installing third company parts.

    Coming to my complaint, I went to showroom one week back for battery replacement which is under warranty. Today also I was informed that they haven’t received as it was not been parceled from Hyderabad yet. Sir it takes Maximum of 12 hours to receive any parcel. Sir I can’t effort this loss / delay as I use my bike to travel to my office and other domestic works and I am also staying outside city limits, so I need to use my bike on regular basis.

    Sir I don’t need any excuses so, Please kindly look into this matter at earliest.
