i have purchased a motor cycle from amit motor on 27.01.2010(hero honda cbz eztreme)vehicle no-wb20x1105.on 07.12.2010 it is found that rear shoker(part no-54200kve901) of that bike is not working properly,i went to the service centre(sitala auto) and they advice to change the same and they made requisition to the respective office.and i also made a requisition through internet(query no-33010277) and also informed to the hero honda regional office to mr. sourav bose through the telephone no-22810927.but nearly one mnoth past till date i did not gate any response from the service centre,not even from the regional office.
