I have purchased a new Hero Honda Bike from Shiri Automobiles a sub dealer for Bhanu Motos, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

I have paid a total amount of Rs.56,200/- through cash payment on 01/10/2010 and after repeated follow ups they have given Invoice on 05/10/2010. I have requested for TR No. and copy of Insurance as I am unable to take my vehicle on to road with out those documents, after several follow ups they have given insurance copy for the amount 85% of the ex-show room price instead of making insurance for the total ex-show room price for which they have already collected Rs.1200/- from us. The Registration charges for the bike they have collected Rs.1300/- forcefully with out submitting the relevant copies of invoice,insurance,life tax challan etc paid to the concerned. And again Rs.350/- have charged against postage of RC Card of the vehicle.

During this entire period we have suffered lot mentally and spend hundreds of rupees for the autos and buses for travelling because they have not provided TR No. and Insurance copy till two weeks since purchase of the bike.
