Hi,
I have purchase a Bajaj Pletina Bike from “Bajaj Auto Centre” Old padra Road, Baroda, Gujara ton 21.01.2008 and the I paid the money in cash for vehicle ind other charges including RTO Registration Charges.
The same bike was registered on 04.02.2008. I got the SMS on my Mobile for the registration. But till date my RC book not received by me. Many times I went to auto centre but mr. ketalbhai says that it will be reach in week.
Today went I said it is enough to wait that he replied that there is some problem with RTO & Bajaj Auto Centre. So I will take time to settle and till that time you will not received the RC Book.
Please tell me what can I do for this problem?

Complaint:- I am user of Bajaj Vehicle since long, I have already one Bajaj Boxer also. But this time face the problem with the dealer regarding registration of vehicle
I already paid whole amount of purchase value Rs. 36050/- in cash including Rs. 2269/- for Registration of vehicle. My Vehicle is Registered with RTO but till today
The dealer not ready to give RC Book. I am tired from regular visit to dealer’s shop.
Please suggest me what I have to do. Is it appropriate to go to consumer court?

I have the same problem.
It's almost over a year since i purchased Bajaj XCD-125 frp, BAC nizampura dealer but so far i havent got my RC book. Then i complained to baja head office pune, their representative reverted and when i explained my complaint they said that Bajaj Auto Centre dealer is no more active with Bajaj so they could not help it out and i have to go to RTO and wil have to apply for duplicate RC book.
I dont understand as i havent receive any RC book yet, RTO will ask me registration no. to issue dulicate RC book.
Can anybody suggest what steps i can take now???

I am also facing the same problem from my Bajaj Pulsar. With the same Baroda Auto centre showroom of OP Road.
Mr. Ketan comitting me also since last 2 years. but still i didnt get he RC Book.
When I was harsh on him then he told that BAC is near to close their dealership. They have long overdue with the Bajaj Company and with the RTO agent.
BAC Owner Get the money from us for RTO charges but He didn't paid it to RTO Agent. So, RTO agent is not handing over the possetion of RC Bookes to BAC.
I believe that we all have to lodge a complain to consumer court against BAC.
Can any one guide me how to proceed to lodge complain at consumer court?

To sort out such kinds of complaints, kindly send a written complaint to the Dealer and copy to the Head Office of the Co. Send those complaints through Registered Posts or Courier and keep a copy of those complaint letters also.

I am also facing same problem from Baroda Auto Centre OP Road Vadodara Branch,
I am also chasing for RC Book for my Pulsar 150 since last 2 years.
At last I was harsh on BAC OP road shoroom manager Mr. Ketan Sheth, then he replied that Bajaj was discontinued the dealership with them due to long overdues and the owner also didn't paid the money to RTO agent for Registration of Bikes of customers eventhough he was collected the money from customers.
Due to this reason the RTO agent didnt handed over the RC Books of all of us to BAC.
This create question not only on the owner of Bajaj showroom but also on Bajaj Auto Company.
I think Bajaj compny dosen't care about the customer. Becasue from last 1 year i am going to Bajaj's another dealer A S Motors service center to service my bike and I am paying for the spares which are still covered under warranty. When i asked to A S Motors service center guys to cover that parts under warrnty the denied and said that you have not purchased bike from us. So, we can not replace that spares.
So, It proves that Bajaj Auto Company also doesn't care for the customers. I have lodged the complain for RC Book to BAJAJ Copanys customer care also but my problem was not resolved.
Now I am very frustrated and thinking that I had paid a full money but didn't get the half of return and invited lots of unwanted trouble. After all BAJAJ is Indian company na....It ruins the name of Indian companies and forces consumers to choose the MNC companies who valued customer to serve better.
I have a bike of Suzuki & Honda also. But I never face this kind of proble.
Is there any one can suggest me that what can i do in this frustrating and traped situation?

With reference to above subject I the under sign Chirag Yogeshbhai Barot having Bajaj Avenger Registration no. GJ 1 ER 9000 (Ahmedabad, Gujarat).
Within two days of purchase found problem in meter and replaced. Since Last One and half year I am settled in Vadodara, Gujarat.
- Since last One year problem created again.
- Within two years changed Silencer.
- Before nine months ago not solved problem of Jumper, Meter, Meter Chain , Chain Set and Silencer by service department of A. S. Bajaj Auto, Chhani Road, Vadodara.
Continuing complain on Phone / Cell no. 9998222555 getting answer, we will inform you after receiving it from company. After few days when I call again getting answer Material / Parts serve to other one. Thus I am not happy after purchase of Bajaj Vehicle.
If you can solve my problem as soon as possible I’ll suggest to other one.
