Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased YAMAHA Gladiator from Orion Motors, Koramangala, Bangalore. Still now I had availed five services. From the first service onwards I am facing problems with the service people. They are not delivering the vehicle without a rise of new problem.

1. Once they stealed my petrol (nearly 4 to 5 liters) and handovered the vehicle with empty tank

2. For a problem with front wheel cover, they asked me to change the handle, the problem still exits even after the new handle is assembled

3. They are handling the vehicle in a very harsh way like hitting the vehicle forceably with legs and with some objects which are not the conventional ways of servicing

This time (on 29.04.2009) they made a dent on fuel tank and tried to deliver it. At the last minute I noticed it and informed them, but they tried to cover it and in reverse they blamed me that it was existing previously.

What can be done with these people, no customer from this servicing center is going out with full satisfaction. A poor service can be bearable, but how can a damage is bearable inreturn for good service.

Please suggest me for taking appropriate action.
