I have a Bajaj Pulsar 200cc bike purchased in April'08. I got the purchase
receipts and Insurance & tax along with temporary receipt for registration
of the same from the dealer. It has been over six months now and I am yet to
get the RC (Smart Card). Despite repeated requests the dealer is not looking
into the same. In between when I forced him once he tried to find out
through the RTO (Central Mumbai) and found out my documents had been
misplaced. So in September we resent the necessary documents for
registration, I await the smart card till date. What legal action can I
take? Because I have paid entire amount inclusive of registration in full
faith.
