    Hai I'm vijay from Bangalore,I recently i.e 25/06/10 purchased the New pulsar 220 from kivraj motors,indiranagar,Bangalore
    from the very first day till this day I'm facing the same problem with my brand new bike which has run less than 600km,I've visited there service center like four times including the 1st free service & I've never been impresed with there reason for the malfunctioning.

    >>on the very first day when I tried to start my bike I was disappointed because it failed to start for 2mins(which still goes on to this day)some how if bike gets started after couple of kms it gives out jerks as if there is no fuel in the tank,I told the same to the mechnic in concerned dept of the showroom they told me that they have fixed the issue & they also told me that the reason for this is due to human negligence(which was fixed in during the service)but,on the same day when I was riding back home I encountered the same issue,this malfunctioning of the bike in the middle of the jam packed traffic in bangalore streets will be fatal,I've alredy came across such incidents 4-5 times,once the bike is stoped it takes nearly a min or two to get started &that to if I keep switch on & off the ignition severel times,its so embarrising to stop a brand new bike on to the side of the road n trying to start so,I'm hoping to get my bike replaced to a brand new bike with proper functionings,I request you to kindly do the needfull .

    • On 24th July job card nos 1978.

    • on 26th of July raised a complaint against this in there website(CR-48338),on the very next day I received a reply from them stating that my bike will be given a through check from the service center kivraj motors,kasturba road, Bangalore
    • On 27th of July I visited there service center & the technician Mr. Sunil went for a test drive, he came back from the test drive.
    • on 28th July job card nos 3806
    • meanwhile I spoke with Ms.Jaya manager & Mr.sundeep asst manager regarding this & the reason what they gave is that its due to human negligence & last min inspection was not done properly &they assured me that this will be fixed but, on the same day while coming back from showroom(9-10km) I noticed that the problem with my bike still persist
    • If the fault is from there side why are they not replacing the faulty equipments???
    • bike has run less than 600km
    • I've visited there service center 4times within a span of 2months from the date of purchase
    • on 29th July job card nos 3831
    • after the visit on 29th the bike was running fine but, again since past few days it is showing same symptoms now the bike has run around 850 kms, I do not know what to do please help me out
