I am a final year B.tech student from kerala, my dad brought me a new bike (Pulsar 220 dtsi)6 months ago exactly..from the day of delivery to this day...starting of my bike was a serious cause of concern for me...almost after 600kms it failed to start for the first time...when i rang up the service personels..they arrived and concluded that the battery ran flat...so they recharged it and replaced it....exactly after another 600kms it failed again....the repeated the recharghing ritual again....after 200kms battery was dead again...this time i requested for a detailed checkup instead of performing the ordinary battery recharging ritual...but as usual the service personnel showed the hostile and uninterested attitude to me...after 4 days of begging and pleading through phones...my dad had to go to the service station bring a servicing guy from there in our car and ask him to check my bike....after all this drama the y took my bike..when i rang up them after a few days i was informed dat the service in charge is on leave..which means my bike remains unattended yet again....i dont know why these service personels took up such an approach:&..all i know is that i will have to suffer...it is then i thought about registring in the consumer court....hope u will take some corrective action or atleast make these bajaj guys aware of my trajic circumstances....i am attaching the address of my authorosied service dealers
