Hello Consumer Court,

My name is Kuldeep Kumar and I am forced to write this email after trying all the possible ways to get the service from TVS dealers. I had bought TVS Apache RTR 160 on 20th November 2009 and on 23rd November 2009 the problem started and since then I’ve visited your service center at least 4 times every month and ever time a new problem is created.I,ve highlighted some of key problems I’ve been facing which have never been resolved.

1 .Engine has become very noisy and peculiar noise .
2. Bubbling in Bike .
3. Feul average so dirty.
4.Timing chain making noise.
5.Typit noise
6.On startup abnormal vibrations

I have reported these problems several time and TVS agents refused to look into these problems have tested the same model and they are much better then mine which means I’ve been given the defective bike.I therefore request to look into my complaints urgently and do the needful otherwise.
