Hi,
I am Ashish Bhatnagar, working as a manager in ICICI Bank resident of mumbai. My problem is that my bike agent has not given me the registration of my bike since past 4 months.
I have made the purchase in the month of October - 08 through credit card and he has promised me to give me bike in 1 week. But he did not gave me till three months.
After putting lots of pressure on him he just gave me bike without registration and without any document in month of JAN-09. Now since past 30 days he is delaying in giving the registration of my bike.
He also dint gave me the toolkit,servisebook,original document etc of bike.

I am really scared that this guy might be cheating myself, i am having all possible documents and PDC given by him. Coz I am an service class person so did not able to log any FIR against him & he is a local guy.

How can I get the documents and bike registration from him, I tried everything but not suceeded. Can any one help me out from this situation.
