    Default Complaint against Shiva Motors dealers of YAMAHA two wheeler bikes

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased a bike of YAMAHA, model G-5, from Shiva Motors, E-11, 100 Ft. Road, West Jyoti Nagar, Delhi-110094.
    They told me price of this bike Rs. 4350/-. I paid him an amount of Rs. 43500/- But they gave me a bill of bike of Rs. 43149/- I requested to them, that please refund me balance money or change my bill up to that amount, which was asked by you to me earlier.
    But they denied that bill will not be changed and no money will be refunded to you.
    When all charges related to the bike is mentioned on the bill, then why they are not giving to me balance money?
    And if I paid Rs. 43500/-, then why they are giving me a bill of Rs. 43149/-? Is it correct?
    I think, bill should be full of amount, which was paid to them by me on dated 16.02.09.
    Please sort out my problem. Because as per their statement, they told me that you can go anywhere, and you can complaint in any manner.
    So, I am doing thing complaint in writing to you.
    Kindly do the needful and oblige.

    Default Bad service

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased a bike of YAMAHA, model R-15 no- DL4S AX 7835 in last december from adharsh yamaha, aurbindo marg new delhi -16

    i always went to the said agency for the service of bike at equal intervals and watever the amount they quote , i always paid that.

    i went there on 9-09-09 as there was some problem in the disk brakes and they immediately asked me to replace the same , i agreed to them and they issued me a bill of rs 2,601 which i paid bill no-3587 dated 10-09-09.

    i was notin the sation for the last one month and suddenly the disk brakes troubling me again, i straight went over there and they again asked me to change the dics brakes.

    my question is this can the disc brakes of this costly bike can fail within less than one month.
    Please sort out my problem. Because as per their statement, they told me thatthe dics brake sof bike can fail within one day, they also told me that you can go anywhere, and you can complaint in any manner.
    So, I am doing thing complaint in writing to you.
    Kindly do the needful and oblige.

    Default yamaha problem coimbatore

    yamaha is the worst service company towards customers and bad product supplier too

    i have got a gladiator ss on august 2009 month from ORPI AGENT coimbatore. A worst place and worst yamaha products. Cheapest yamaha products comes here i hope.

    Hey guys think of yourself, i am talking truly, just see the list of new yamaha bike orpi agents problems.
    1. At 60 kmph my bike started to shake heavily, the handle jerked which created hand and shoulder pains.

    2. My rear wheel wobbles when i go on the road at normal speeds which created lack of my driving confidence.

    3. My head lights were worst.

    4. My bumpers not aligned properly.

    5. Carburator was not proper, my bike stops here and there, then i have to start again.

    6. Finaly a great problem. My bike handle was not straight, oh my god. I always had chest and hand problems.

    7. Heavy problem is, one day when i was driving suddenly my bike stopped slowly and stopped at a point. I dont know the problem. Then a auto driver came and said the disc brake air lock happened. Then he bought his auto spares and cleared me that in the hot sun.


    Please please dont take a gladiator. or yamaha bike please plese

    middile class guys pls pls pls pls no dont opt any yamaha bike.

    Angry Complaint against Pick Up Wheels, Gurgaon, Haryana

    Request to all who plan to buy Yamaha bike, not to buy from Pick Up Wheels, Gurgaon. You know they have great mechanics to service your bike, these mechanics do not use good tools like your bike to repair it, but thay will use "HAMMER", even to remove dust. These are hatoda mar mechanics. In free service, they will not check Spark plug, they will not set the chain set, they will not clean the chain set and put burnt engine oil in place of yamaha suggested graded oil. While applying grese on leavers they will pull it like they want to take the cover home, finally damaging the cover. Simple they are even worse than road side mechanics. While I was getting my bike serviced , I saw all owners crying like anything for bad condition of their bikes.
    Please , please , do not buy from such dealers who do not even care about providing after sale service. And for Yamaha, its not good to just launch high quality bikes and getting idiots servicing them. Bring some good mechanics also.

    I have purchased a bike of YAMAHA, model FZ-16 ENG no - 21c1016480 on 09.12.2008 from Naman Auto Sales, Navi Mumbai ( Panvel)


    Hey guys think of yourself, i am talking truly, just see the list of new yamaha bike orpi agents problems.

    1. Within two months i was having a starting problem.Visted to deller he hv check & infm about Battery problem.
    As it was under warenty period i told him to change the battery. The manger refuse saying that you hv to visit to a battery deler & complaain abut the battery ( Amco battery ).As ther is no kick to the bike & bike is require to me as i hv to travel to my office. saying nothing i visited to Amco battery deler he told that he will check the battery & cnfm the same within a week.

    I again approach to the Manager but no proper response as he is asking me to deal with Battery deler only.My question is that i hv purchase the bike fm Naman motora then why i should deal with battery deler.I dinn't suggest to Yamaha motors to used Amco battery, After lot of discussion they hv change the battery , but again after 2 months the same problem hv occured. As the battery warrenty is of 1 year they sholud hv change the battery againg but they refuse and ihv to purchase a new battery.

    2. Also after 5 moths i hv change the Clucth wire & Excelator wire too as the service guy told me change as they are not working properly.

    3. My rear wheel wobbles when i go on the road at normal speeds which created lack of my driving confidence & as i hv shown to the service person they suggest me to change the rear tyre & i did that.

    4. Also the problem ocur with the bike chain also same they suggest me to change the complete set i did it.

    Within a year i hv to speend near about 10000/- rs for the Yahma bike maintainance.So what type of bike
    company hv launch So my suggestion to all of you is that don't by Yahma bikes it is very costly maintainance wise..
    as it gives one & one new problem in bike


    Please please dont take a YAMAHA FZ-16 . or yamaha bike please plese
