dear sir,
i bought a bike of YAMAHA FZ 16 on 29-1-2010, but the dealer cheated me that they delivered a 2009 model bike,
but in sale certificate, and form 20 and at insurance also they clearly mentioned i.e, year of manufacture 2010.

so, kindly suggest me what to do.
