i buy a bike star city on 08-11-06 at setiyathope jai veera agencies(rajvijay tvs cuddalore) bike will be across 32000km bike get craker sound from the silencer i cont service centre mechanic he told engine head will be dismandle check piston & rings and
cheack the valve seating just 32000 only i drive the bike y i dismandle the enige what is the problem in the bike drive not stisfied in the bike i want reply

In Dec.2006 I have purchased a starcity bike from your delear M/S. Arya Moters at Berhampur,Orissa.Since beginning
till date the bike never gave more than 50-69km per ltr.During all services I have complained regarding the above matter to the dealer.But nothing happened.Neither the servicing were up to the mark nor the dealer is serious about
tvs's reputation.Because of this poor customer service I have advised several friends to purchase hero honda .

Please treat this above matter seriously as you will be lossing your valued customers.

I have bought TVS Star city on 15 NOV 2009 from RAJPOOT MOTORS (MAIN BURARI ROAD) in delhi paid money in cash and since the very first day bike is giving problems

1. It does too much missing on start

2. create ingine noise & also gare(SLIP) is work hardly

It looks dealer sold me faulty product, when i have been to him on second day he said it will take a day and will be alrite then again i have been there after 2 days and then he kept the bike for few hour after this carparater change problem was gone, but still bike is giving problem during startup.

at km 3452 (change carparater) 15/01/2010

when the gare slip problem

I have given the bike to service station as well but still no solution. Till now bike is only used only 13000 and i have been 4-5 times to dealer everytime he give useless excuses.

Engine is also opened at 12000 km.

but the problem still same. Main bearing & gare slip

when the engine is opened from first day engine gives oil & create noise.

WE HAVE TALK TO RAJPOOT MOTORS'S SUPERVISIOR MR. SANJAY . HE DOING MISBEHAVE ,RUDELESS, ALSO GIVING USELESS EXCUSSES.

KINDLY GIVE SOME SOLUTION OF IT . OR REPLACE OF IT . NOBODY TAKE ACTION OF IT.

DEALER TAKEN NO ACTION OF IT.

Sir/Maddam as i am your customer i perchase the bike starcity 110 and i getting the problem while when morning frist time we start and put the first gear one big sound will come daily after it will go continue as good as it is the problem i have perchase the bike only 3 or 4 months later i have complant service station he will told to me bike was new the sound will come and after running the sound will go. I have thinking that the sound doesn't go but waranty and service period will go i hope .

I brought star city on 10th may 2010 i was not satisfied on switching on the bike... The pick-up is some what poor... The cc should be increased

Need an additional of Rs.6079 to make it work. Useless company service. Engine produces Hammering sound.

I Have purchase tvs star city in year 2007 at the time of purchase the tvs company says that there is 5 year grantee on the engine. I will replace it if you got i problem in even in 5 year from the date purchase but in 4th year after the purchase the by there is knooking sound came in the engine I go to the so room but they are not ready to replace the engine and for SAI TVS SHOWROOM, RATU ROAD, RANCHI I pay for repairing. Till now bike is only used only 30000 and i have been 4-5 times to dealer everytime he give useless excuses.

So I go consumer court for the complain against the company.


I suggest to u all to don't purchase TVS COMPANY BIKE
