I have taken a membership of Rapid Road Rangers Service/ Car Helpline by paying Rs. 449/. My CR No is 0741. On 21st February 2009 at 3.30 p.m. my motor cycle hitted by a car from back side, at that time i was sense less and my elder son also was with me he was also injured badly (his color bone was broken at three places) No body helped us, I called to the helpline, no number out of Three Number(45097377, 45088112 and 45088113) Provided on Card was not working. Then anyhow I got admitted to the Hospital. After descharge, I got a contact of Rapid Road Rangers Services and called that Mobile 9958410457. He has given me another Mobile No.9818722390 and told me to call on that no. my problem will be resolved. I called on 9818722390 and asked him for the services. He Bluntly told me that, I am out of Office and can't help you. I have been calling on all the above mentioned number for two and half month but I was still helpless. Many times I mailed their customer support, But no body called at that side, Today Both tyres of my Bike got punctured at 8.30 pm then again I tried these numbers, But getting no response in reply. I am trying to call the helpline no. but non of phone number are working. I visited their website, but there is no information about changes of Phone number . Even if Phone number has been changed then they should have to inform me.
Damage Occured I had no option then to drive with punctured tyres, which caused both tyres damaged. Mental & Physical harassment for 3 long hours.
Required Relief for cost of two tyres +membership fees which i paid Rs. 449/- & compensation for Mental & Physical harassment
