This is to inform you that the new bike that had been purchased on 21/7/2012 from Purackal Honda ,Kottayam has a MAJOR PROBLEM- (ENGINE MISSING)- At times while i start the vehicle the vehicle does not move when if it is accelerated.

I had contacted the Purackal service centre at Kottayam although the vehicle had been serviced the problem still persists.

kindly advice on this issue to be rectified. your quick response will be highly appreciated.

complaint regarding bike delivery honda shine booked on 28.08.12 from (purakkal mototors,manipuzha Kottayam.0481-2361004,4.
total booked amount 15000 and hdfc loan sanctioned on 17.9.12. They told me that the vehicle already started from head office on 07/08/2012.aftr the discussion with sales manager,told that they have lots of customers not having the time to update the things,if any customer has to call and take updation.atlast after contacting to delivery site, he said that yesterday evening(25.9.12). till now not received any information.the Sales Manager who d't know how to behave to a Customer.please do the needful for this case

I have purchases an active scooter from purackal honda changanassery and performing services at their service center regularly. Most of the time i found that they are not taking complaint seriously. after a service my scooter is showing more problems.. thinking that their service is for creating problems. once after the service they forget to fix the number plate. These are major complaints after a service at purackal honda changanassery. speedometer not working........ fuel meter not working......... battery down.... not performing the assigned works.........the staff is not customer supporting but insulting. especially the reception counter lady ..........hence better to service your honda scooter in any place other than purackal honda changanassery.....

Hearing so many complaints abt Purackal honda from public.
