My bike CBF125 Stunner (New model) Reg No. MH01 AU 9569
At 6 Jan 2011 i have received my bike from OM Sai HONDA (Mahim)
When i checked the Bike i saw that my RPM meter is not working.
So i went to the service center the 2nd or 3rd day.They said that they will start the RPM meter after 1st service.
I thought that they would have started the RPM meter but at 1st service i saw that it has not yet started.So i spoked with them about this issue . The manager there told me that they dont have the part if they get it they will call me up to fit it.
I have completed all my services (@4 services ) and in each service i have mentioned about the RPM meter. Its near about 10 months and my meter is not yet started.
I had a talk with the manager he said me that go to Jhavier Honda and Pilot honda for this complaint and they will fix it.I had checked up my bike in this both service centers and they too said that they dont have part. I gave my bike to pilot Honda 3 days back and they said that they will fix the problem but still my problem not yet solved.My bike is standing there for more than 3 days without solving the problem.
I want to complaint about the HONDA company that what kind of service you guys provide ?
You guys give up the bike also so late and also the parts of the bike is so difficult to find it.I nearly go 100Kms to get bike parts and still unsuccessful.
I havent got my bike sticker which is fixed near the Cowl of the bike. The visor (head light upper part which is in black shinny colour ).Break Shoe then the madguard bracket.
If you guys cant supply parts then why are you guys selling the bikes ?
