    Default Poor Service Centre at Seghal Auto Chinchawd Pune

    I have bought a Hero CBZ Extreme from Seghal Auto,Chinchwad, Pune on 1st June 2011, I gave the bike for third free servicing on 15/10 /2011 at Service Centre of the same dealer, when asked to check for Disk Pad and chain as it is giving some erratic sound, they completed the servicing and confirmed it is fine now, Today when i again took the Bike for check up, as the noise is severe now for both disc & chain again, they say the pad & plate has worned out, which needs replacement altogether,which i believe is impossible in weeks time & the caller bluntly said the plate & pad is not in warranty & needs replacement after a full payment.The Hero Group service & quality has detoriated after it divested from Honda Group.

    Default RPM meter not working

    My name is Lakshesh and im from MUMBAI
    My bike CBF125 Stunner (New model) Reg No. MH01 AU 9569

    At 6 Jan 2011 i have received my bike from OM Sai HONDA (Mahim)
    When i checked the Bike i saw that my RPM meter is not working.
    So i went to the service center the 2nd or 3rd day.They said that they will start the RPM meter after 1st service.
    I thought that they would have started the RPM meter but at 1st service i saw that it has not yet started.So i spoked with them about this issue . The manager there told me that they dont have the part if they get it they will call me up to fit it.
    I have completed all my services (@4 services ) and in each service i have mentioned about the RPM meter. Its near about 10 months and my meter is not yet started.
    I had a talk with the manager he said me that go to Jhavier Honda and Pilot honda for this complaint and they will fix it.I had checked up my bike in this both service centers and they too said that they dont have part. I gave my bike to pilot Honda 3 days back and they said that they will fix the problem but still my problem not yet solved.My bike is standing there for more than 3 days without solving the problem.
    I want to complaint about the HONDA company that what kind of service you guys provide ?
    You guys give up the bike also so late and also the parts of the bike is so difficult to find it.I nearly go 100Kms to get bike parts and still unsuccessful.
    I havent got my bike sticker which is fixed near the Cowl of the bike. The visor (head light upper part which is in black shinny colour ).Break Shoe then the madguard bracket.
    If you guys cant supply parts then why are you guys selling the bikes ?

    Angry complaint against honda shine

    Dear sir/madam


    Iam using honda shine since 2010 May , now this is the second time my front wisor broken without hitting or accidents, once replaced again broken within 6months. honda not maintaining good quality plastics for such parts compared to any other bykes now my nearest honda showroom Honda Matrix mangalore not responding properly and not showing any responsibility, and not recieved the stickers ordered last time the wisor changed.

    Default about the unavailibilty of honda stunner parts

    I have purchased my bike near about a year..but soon after 3 months it met an accident,several parts got damaged but due to unavailibility of parts,,but it met an accident again 6 months ago and got totally damaged,now i tried several times to contact to my dealer,region office(lucknow)even i tried in head office ,they also refused to help,now because of such situation my bike is in workshop from 7 months.. No one is responding me regarding this problem ... So please take strict action against the Company.Please SIR, give me your positive response as soon as possible....my contact no. is 9412461413

    I met an accident on 7/9/2011 .and i gave my honda stunner to my dealer to repair it at 8/9/2011. They did'nt repair my bike yet .they are also telling the parts are not available.they said 1 or 2 parts now in there workshop .pls help me sir.     Sir, I am Prakash m.chute from Kamtha Dist Gondia (M.S.) I am working in paouni/dhabe From last sevan Years. I have Honda Shinn No. MH-35 T-5905. My Accident On date 18/08/2011 on road .I gate My Bike For repairing 19/08/2011 in Gondia Sub Dealer He Say We return Your Bike On well repaired In a Fifteen or Twenty days But Todays Date Is so please 13/11/2011 Near about 3 months For this Reason.I sufferd In a Train Destiny So One Day I Am Going Our Job By a Train my jorney stop I Fell down from train My Lap Top Will Be Crack My loss Near about 25 thousand.     Unhappy Honda unicorn issues

    Hello Sir / Madam,

    I have purchased a new bike from HONDA(UNICORN- KA 04 HH 7364) by paying full amount of Rs. 78000. But first day itself i noticed that speedo meter is not proper and i informed the same to the SHOWROOM employee who gave me call to know about the bike performance.

    I gave my bike for first servicing on 22-November-2011 specifying the issues
    1) SPEEDO METER is not proper,
    2) Gear Box Issue(Which gives more sound while changing the gear)
    3) Handle issue(very hard to turn),
    4) Starting Problem.
    But none of the above problems rectified. So, again i gave my bike for re-servicing on 24-11-2011 with the above issues. At that time service executive has checked and said that the problem still exist and will be rectified.

    Later i collected my bike on 25-11-2011 from service center and the executive said that there is a problem in speedo meter and will be replaced. But today(28-11-2011) morning i noticed that vehicle is not starting at all.
    After trying for 30 Minutes some how it started but it is switching off very often and the gear issue still exist.

    I have mailed couple of times to hondacustomersupport@gmail.com specifying the issues but there is no response / reply from HONDA.

    While compare to HONDA service center "water servicing" for the vehicle, if i clean my vehicle it looks good.

    Hope this will helps me to resolve the issue.

    I have booked Honda Unicorn – Model CB on 29th Oct’2011 with booking charges Rs. 1000. Last Wednesday I got a call from the dealer ( J.S.P. AUTOMOTIVE)Y-219, @nd Avenue ,Anna nagar) they asked to me collect the bike with payment of Rs. 72,214. And the dealer asked to buy additional spares parts with extra cost Rs. 2600 which I’m not willing to buy this additional spares parts. I feel this sparts parts price is too high and also these are all not the Honda products.

    Please do the needful and help to deliver the bike with the cost of Rs. 72,214 (which includes Cost of vehicle & Insurance & Reg charge & E.W)

    I am very disappointed that agency

    Default Puchasing Accessories is compulsory or not.

    I have booked Black colour Activa from V.J.Honda showroom (Ulhasnagar).
    But now they are Forcing me to purchase accessories compulsory with new Activa from showroom only.
    And the dealer asked me to buy additional Accesories with extra cost approx. Rs. 3,300/- which I’m not willing to buy this additional Accesories.
    I feel this sparts parts price is too high.

    So pls inform me is their any compulsion to purchase accessories from showroom only..

    I already informed you .. that there is a problem in the self and battery in my bike ...at the time of the purchasing also .. but ... no one take any action about my complain ...
    so i file the case in the consumer court against your company on 20 march 2012 ... and i already informed you in my previous application regarding all the complains which i have from your company ...
    two times the warning already given to you to give the attention to my application but still there is no response to my application from your side ..
    so now you only tell me what should i do ... should i move step forward against u ... my lawyer wants the decision taken from my side ..against you ...
    i already have the two days to give the decision taken by me against you... so please tell me what should i do ..

    my name is popatbhai sondigala i have Honda shine bike i purchase bike at 07/10/2011 .....i have complain for front farring color is (maroon) and it is broken and when i go to the service they do not have that farring and they saying that manufacturing of this ferring color is not available so im kindly requesting that plzz help me out
