Hello,

I brought Hero honda splendor plus in Gummidipoondi on 15th May 2012.

The dealer told the year of manufacturing is 2012 but when I registered in RTO the document showed the year of manufacture as November 2011. I clarified the controversy with the dealer, they replied in RC book year of manufacture come as 2012 model only.

After 35days I called the dealer regarding for the RC book.. they told come and collect.

The dealer modified the manufacturing date as 1/2012 in the RC book, were as the reply from the Herocorp for my query was the manufacture date is 11/2011.

This modification seems to be made after the RTO registration; they have scratched and written with pen. Still the RC book is with the dealer. I have not collected it. For now i have ask them to get RTO sign on the correction.

They sold 7 months old bike, where as I wanted 2012 model.

Please assist what action I should take and whom should I contact regarding to this.
