i bought hero honda passion pro today n i felt cheated becoz there is a clear cut problem of handle lock...That is it is only one sided ... right side lock is working fine but the left sided is not working at all .... Second complaint i bought the bike in SILVER COLOUR and they said there is no electric start in available in that colour... again duped of 2000\- rupees.... Third and the major fraud herohonda company should know is that not only mine but almost all passion plu (& pro) can be unlocked easily with a key available in black market... I met a guy at my college who unlocked all passion plus and two passion pro with the key(that boys own passion plus key)... i was shocked upon seeing this... i prefer other readers who are interested in buying a new motorcycle and wondering which one to go for either HONDA SHINE OR HH GLAMOUR... I WANT HH TO LOOK INTO THE MENTIONED ISSUES ABOVE THANK YOU....

ABOUT HUNK FAULT:
i have done just two service from your authrized service station apex hero hond at patparganj industrial area and result is not satiasfactory area of problem is handle tee which is manufacturing fault , and in your speedo meter speed you show 140-160 but when the speed reach in 80s bike start...

SPLENDOR PLUS:
I had purchased one HERO HONDA SPLENDOUR PLUS motorbike from M/S K.R.T. MOTORS PVT LTD, No 16, New Karur byepass road, Thillai Nagar Tiruchirapalli. On 21-07-2006.
The Engine No. 06C15M35926 and the Chasis No. is 06C16C35967. The vehicle was very smooth and and very fine for the first six months. Then after six months a problem started with the bike. When I drive the bike during the night hours we have to necessarily to use Head light, horn, and indicators.

I want remind about the fault problems create in a hero honda's bike in which feature are being to link attched to them self problems.

I PURCHASED A HONDA STUNNER ON 25th AUGUST,2009.
I AM GETTING A VERY LOW AVERAGE OF 35-40KMS/L. I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER MANY A TIMES BUT I GOT A VERY POOR RESPONSE.

i buy new hero honda hunk byke in october 28 2010 major problems i found that every morning kick start works when clutch plate is press after sometimes kick start not work properly and
i fount that at center bolt at up side of the gear some murmering sound while in doubles if u single no sound will come
and major problem found kick free in that time self also not works ...i says to service center no one had cleared and that murmering sound at center rod says to the dealer he drop the grease in that part it adjust for 3 or 4 days after again that murmering sound got i thing that hole becomelarger that is manufacturing defect but no one will replacing the new part please replace that part or byke that sound causes irritation to me while driving........... u thinking this problem is very small but i think this irritates me.........please chage my byke otherwise change the part pleaseee

I bought a silver hunk 1 and a half year ago. I liked the bike and it gave me a good pickup. But after 6 months or so, during the ride suddenly the engine sound changes to a mild one and the pickup is gone. Even if i tried to accelerate the bike as possible as i could, the engine sound was same and its top speed didnt exceed 60km/h. It was like riding a 100cc bike or something with a very low pickup. I then went to a nearby workshop and as recommended I changed the clutch plate. But the problem still persisted.
Being fed up, I cleaned up the carburettor and the petrol tank thoroughly. This solved the problem for some days but again the same problem hit me. Then I unscrewed a bolt of the carburettor which is visible from outside and the petrol flowed through a pipe downwards, making sure that the petrol regulator is off. Then starting the engine I accelerated in neutral to the maximum. This gave the original sound of the engine with a good pickup.
But this was a temporary solution. So, I put an oil filter in the oil pipe leading to the carburettor. This solved the problem for a pretty long time but again the problem arose. Does anyone else have this problem with hunk? If so could you please suggest me a solution? Thanks

Hello ! My name is Mukesh Kumar Meena. I purchased a Hero Honda Passion Pro Bike on 28/06/2011. Initially It was having pick-up problem but I thought it will get rectified when engine will run longer. Later it started loosing acceleration. I went to service center and bike ran well for 8 days from 3rd service. But now my bike engine does not even getting started. I checked spark plug etc are ok. I called Hero Moto Corp customer care and the service center (at which bike was serviced), but responce was dull. They told to bring bike to them but bike is not even starting and service station is 30km from my place. I am very unsatisfied with them. Therefor I brought this into your notice so that justice can be done .
