I have an old Hero honda CD100 which had stopped working.I had taken it for servicing. The people at the service centre said that it would cost 7500 and they will give gaurentee that the bike will work for 1 lakh km without any problem. On this condition I had given my bike for servicing. After I had given the bike for servicing they said some more items have to be changed and raised the cost to Rs.8500 for which I agreed to.But finally when they gave a bill they gave a bill for rs.10,500 which I refused to bear.After a lot of discussion I told them that I will bear the amount provided they give me in writing that any replacements for the bike till 1 lakh kilometre they will bear, which they refused. Then I asked them to return the bike and told them I dont want their service because they keep changing their word. They put back all the old parts and now are refusing to return the bike unless I pay them rs.1000 for the service they had rendered. Please tell me what has to be done.
