I bought a cycle for my daughter from them on Tuesday 06/12/2011. I got the same delivered to my house in the evening at 6. Next morning when my daughter wanted to ride the cycle it was punctured. Being Wednesday their shop was closed and I contacted them to have it fixed on Thursday. They want me to take the cycle back to the store and spend 100 rs on the cartridge which is not acceptable and also not possible for me to go again and again wirth a one month old child and are not cooperating at all.
