i purchased.. royal enfield standard bike on 1st december 2010 the bike was delivered successfully on but unfortunately i was taking turn on road a small kid came running from other side of road... and i met accident fortunately the child was not hurt.. and my bike was badly damaged..two days later to accident i managed to deliver my bike to m/s soniya motors in bhandup... they told me my bike will be ready within 15 days (maximum 15 days..) today the date is 30th may... i havent still received my bike i am tired calling soniya motors ... they reply the same ... we dont know call company and ask... when company will send us parts we will fit it and deliver your bike ... i am really tired of calling them again my phone bill was hiked by RS 500 just by calling them every day.. my net loss occurred is approx 15,000 (travelling conveyance. ) i now request consumer court to please help me i am now ready to file a case aganist them ....
