    Default Complaint Against Employer - eDesk Services Private Limited, Ahmedabad

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I was working in eDesk Services Pvt. Ltd. (3rd Floor, Waghela House, Besides Havmor Restaurant, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad – 380009) as a senior Software Engineer. I left this company on 15th February, 2012 after seving 2 months notice period & doing proper hand over.


    Though I have served 2 months notice period as per company policies and done proper hand over, they are not paying me my last 2 month’s salary.


    Also their rules and regulations are very very complex and they don't clarify it prior to joining the company. Once I joined the company I got to know about all the HR policies and restrictive environment. They make employee work 216 hours a month !!! That's way more than normal IT companies in Ahmedabad. There was penalty for taking leave and if someone took one leave then including penalty it would incur up to two leaves.


    So, as I wasn't able to set myself up in that environment I decided to leave the company and informed HR but they never showed any interest to pay me my salary for even a single day of my work.


    Not only me, there were 2 more colleagues with me who had also same experience. They also left the company and never got paid for last two months. I heard that there were many candidates became victim of eDesk Services private limited. I would like to bring this to light so that no other person in future go through what many people have suffered.

    In July 2011 at my review I was told I was doing very well and had improved keep up the good work. Mr. Vance said they were giving me a raise. He said it would be $1500. His wife Patricia slapped the table and said NO. and said to Mr. Vance, I thought we agreed and he said well yes I guess, it's $1000. she said there was an issue about music at our desks, I have head phones and she said NO music at our desks even with headphones. She also wanted a note or something about any times taken during the week and put it on her desks. She said he has no idea who is there and when. I suggested a time sheet which I created and put on her desk every Friday without FAIL. November 2011 Mr. Vance I was told of a bill that came in on a client case that was closed in 2010. It was for a client and I told him I never knew about it or it would have been paid. It was over $1,000. Mr. Vance called me into his office and said that I talked loud and sometimes I talked to myself and he did not know if I was talking to him. (sometimes yes, I did talk to myself about my files, but my back is facing his office) (I also hummed).

    The other employees have music at their desks and I would asked them something and have to ask them twice because they had headphones on. A secretary in the office made rude remarks about my perfume to the point that I stopped wearing perfume, lotion and deodorant. Other employees would gossip and make derogatory remarks about clients or other people who came into the office, which I never participated in. It became a hostile environment in which they did not speak to me unless absolutely necessary.

    December 2011, I was given a month salary as a bonus. Mr. Vance told me that I was to take classes or what ever was needed to become the GURU of Lexus Nexus a filing program we used to file documents with the court. I took two, (2) hour classes online at my desk.

    In January of 2012 Mr. Vance asked me: "throw together a demand pleading" on a client file. I told him I did not have all or enough information. He said just do it and put it on my desk. Three (3) weeks later he throws it on my desk and said: "this is the worst I have ever seen". I told him again you told me to throw it together and I told you I did not have all the information.

    February 17, 2012 I came back from lunch and Mr. Vance asked me into his office. He said "sit down" and when I did he said I am going to let you go. I was in shock and asked him why. He said: "well, I think you misrepresented yourself 2 1/2 years ago when I hired you". He said there were other things as well and I asked what things? He said that a client bill had come in a while back and that it cost him thousands of dollars. I said the one from November that I never knew about and he said yes. I said "I cannot pay a client bill if I don't have it".

    I asked him if I could file for unemployment and he said: "NO", well you can but I will fight you - it" VER BATIM
    Mr. Vance said clear your desk out right now and shut your computer down and give me your keys.

    Jason left me a voice mail from Denver Unemployment on 5/2/12 which stated that between July of 2011 and January 2012 I was warned 4 times. THAT IS NOT TRUE. Jason also stated that Keith D Vance LLP said I made numerous clerical errors. Any clerical errors were always corrected. Never was I told of any complaint from any client. I have never misrepresented myself as a secretary and have many professional references of my work ethics. The Vance Law Firm opens at 8am and from my hire date, I have always been in the office no later than 7:30am, while no other employees came in the office until after 8am.

    I have documentation from my previous employers and professional references regarding my work ethics that all state I am a hard worker and honest.

    Default Poor real estate company in chandigarh - emerging india

    I am Ganeesh Ohri worked as a Project Manager Sales at Amritsar Branch of Emerging India (a Real Estate Company deals in new commercial and residential plots and projects). I joined this company in November 2011 and resigned the same company on 15th of January 2012.

    The basic cause of resigning my job is SALARY. Company has paid only one salary of November month after then company has not paid me salary for the next month of December 2011 and after giving wrong commitments by the upper management level and by the HR of the company, I waited for another 15 days and then i resigned my job.

    Still I am fighting for Full and Final salary payment with my payouts with the company. I am not only the one who is suffering, all the other batch mates which joined with me in the organisation on this month of November 2011 is suffering with the same.

    There is no response and care for the Employee in this organisation. Yes, if the person for the day one put the customer for any plot then he will get the salary for that month otherwise they will kick the employee in this manner of not giving the salary. They didn't bother about the employee that he is putting his efforts and doing Daily expenses from his own to get results.

    After a gap of 6 months the company Emerging India again put the saminar on recruting the employees but i don't know why the other persons get to know about the truth of this company. If any one who is likely to join this company, please beware of exploiting yourself, putting of your finance, as this company usually take saminars in BIG HOTELS.

    Now I am working with the ICICI prudential Life Insurance Company. This company is Mind blowing in regards of giving the salary to his employees. On the last day of every month the salary is transfered into our account with the reimbersments. Really appreciable.

    EMERGING INDIA IN CHANDIGARH IS REALLY VERY POOR COMPANY IN REGARDS FOR PAYING SALARY.

    Dear Mr. Sudhir Rao,

    What is that I have done for termination. You say you have taken over for the last two months or so and you would resolve all the issues and take care of every employee. I have only asked for help for a critical requirement, as you say that PC heads should resolve all the issues.

    And don’t use words like this as I have justified my job in this company which my customers can vouch, as you have no values and appreciation for this kind of achievements as I feel that you also don’t know this business as of now else the first priority would have been to pay the CSP’s and activate business from the ground level which I have been harping for the last two months you have taken over and no action as been taken on this. There are many cases wherein CSP’s are not paid for the last 5-10 months and we are sitting on the throne of legacy on their sadness.

    I am asking for salaries to be paid for people who are dying for the last 4 months ( 5th month running ) and you are giving me warnings like termination. I cannot be a slave to this company begging you money for me and my team.

    This guy who has send this mail in the trail mail is one example who is asking for salaries as his wife is critical and the attitude you are addressing is very sad. There are so many other people with this kind of critical issues, and you are least bothered to address these issues.

    You had asked me to ask advance from Andhra Bank for cards and parallely informed them through your source that SWIFT is the new company which you are floating for FI as Bartronics accounts are now NPA which you have informed in the last PCH weekly meeting. You should have had the basic courtesy to inform me on this mail of SWIFT which I would have addressed without any problem as I have handled the best of clients on the National and International markets as I have handled Gulf and US markets in my earlier assignments apart from the largest OEM’s in the Indian markets.

    No one had the courtesy to inform me on this mail to Andhra Bank and this took me to surprise. Just evaluate among the existing team on their expertise on CUSTOMER REALATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT and I am sure who are into this game will appreciate this move. ( With due respect to my colleagues who are really serious and striving for this business without salaries )

    UCO Bank, I have been covering this client who were so co-operative with us and we have done nothing as on date and I feel sad that we are not CUSTOMER CENTRIC. I have convinced them from bring the PBG from 1.37 crores to 18 lakhs and still we are not in a position to execute the same and trying all the means and ways. This is killing our business and more over my face value as my name is known in the industry viz a viz your reputation.

    I am resigning at this point of time, as there is no ethics and principles defined in this company. Moreover if human values are not taken care, there is no point in putting in this kind of efforts for no reason. We can talk big, we can move big and we can also thing big, but to start with we need to start off with small moves which can give us a path to grow big.

    If you are clear about your gesture, you should have marked your reply to all the PCH’s and not only to me and Mr. Pundarika, which shows your attitude towards your employees.

    Anyways, it is high time and I don’t think you need a professional guy who can be frank and straight forward.

    This mail can be treated as my resignation and good luck to all of you.

    Company is not paying encashment of my Sick Leave which was pending for encashment. Request to provide guidelines where I can lodge my complain.

    Unhappy Form 16 not issued by employer (CHAKRAINTERACTIVE PVT LTD)

    I have not received form-16 for financial year 2010-11 from my previous employer CHAKRAINTERACTIVE PVT LTD. In spite of several reminders there is no action. I do not know what should be my further course of action. Does I.T. Department take any action on such employers?

    Default Salary not got after work.

    I, vikas gupta was working in Superdirect, AST of supertech limited, C-45, Sec-62, Noida, U.P-201301, as a Business Development Manager.
    Employee Code: SAST018.
    I worked there from 9th july 2012 to 17th augst 2012 and i ve only got Rs 7000 instead of full salary. My due amount is approx Rs 12500. My CTC was 1,86,300 as written on my offer letter.

    As per my declaration with the company i was about to take leave for my examination from 18th august 2012 to 15th oct 2012. But when the month completed of aug i asked about the salary they said i ll not be geting salary and they fired me without any prior information.

    Please do the needful as i am very poor guy.

    Salary not got after work.

    I, kishor kumar meher was working in PCH Group( Elite Motors), Dakshin Honda, 40 prestige court, Lavelle road, Near MG road , Banaglore

    I worked there from 20th April 2012 to 25th augst 2012 and they have not paid my last two months salary July & aug after resign from company. My due amount is approx Rs 40000. after repeatedly calling to Director & HR of that company not getting any reply.

    My self Mr. Amin Shiakh and i was working for Franchise Mart India Pvt.Ltd (Surat Based) from August 2011. I had received my salary till Dec 2011 (but not on time) from Jan 2012 its pending till may 2012. I was in touch with M.d Mr. Sandeep Agarwal & Mr. Alpesh Thakkar regarding my salary but he was replying call me after 1 month i will do it and know alpesh thakkar resign from the company. And Mr. Agarwal is not picking up my phone nor he is replying my SMS. I had wait till may 2012 then i started searching another job and in july 2012 i had got anew job Currently I am working for B.E. Billimoria. still I had not received my salary from the ex company Please advice me what should I do i am helpless.

    In the month of April 2012 Franchise mart India Pvt.Ltd had done one event in Mumbai Nehru Centre and company had told after that event they will give us salary but that was a false comitment done by the company and till today i am asking for my salary.

    Default case against employer

    Dear Forum,

    I have an complaint against my previous employer for not clearing my Full & final settelment.

    i worked 3 months in Benovellient technologies. they chcked me out 5 days before sallary and according to company polices i'l get my sallary after 45 days but now they are dennaying to do so and along with 25 days sllry they have my 1.5 months incentive with them aswell so kindly let me know what i can do..

    Default Complain letter against Company Hr and Branch Head

    Dear Sir,
    I am basically from West Bengal but I was working in Country Club India Ltd. Pune as a Marketing Executive from 07 July 2012, I have resigned on 22 Aug 2012, While resigning my Hr Miss Smita Lal said that I will be getting my salary of August on September 2012, but as of now I did not get it. Again when I called them they are telling that I will be getting salary of August in October , But in October also I did not get, they are just keep on delaying the date of my salary and asking to call and to mail some people of that company. I did the same but I did not get any response from them. I called (15-10-2012) in Mumbai Head Office to talk with the Hr to clear the payment, branch head Raghu Choudhary of the company shouted at me and used abuse language with threat. Still I am staying out of my town and I don’t have single rupee, daily I am calling Hr Miss Smita Lal to get my salary, but she is not answering my call. I think they are not going to give my salary.
    What should I do?
    So requesting you to please do the needful asap.

    Default Complaint against Lava International Ltd.

    Respected sir,
    MY name is Husain Zabir and am living in Rajpur dist: Barwani. I have bought a Lava mobile phone Iris n400, imei-911245350259569 on 10 jan. 2013, and after few days the phone gets heated up and suddenly it gets turn off by itself, so i have contacted the service center of Lava phones at yeshwant plaza, 0731-4275888, indore, and submitted my phone to the service center on 8 feb. 2013, and till 5 mar. 2013 they are still making excuses for my phone, they are refusing to repair my phone or refunding its cost to me. So please help me for getting the refund of my phone. thankyou.
