Excess Charge I am living in Vizag, In Vizag every wine shop their asking more than MRP.
Beer - Rs. 10 Extra
Quarter - Rs 15 Extra
Half - Rs.20 Extra
Full - Rs.40 Extra
They will not give bill for the purchase. On one ask the question about the issue.
