Submit Complaint..I have paid Rs.8,000/- for railway booking portal for Etickte booking & within a week they close bookig facility i got huge loss of no reply & reason show by company & agent also not pick up phones very serious matter.

Pay World India Railway Booking not working [ payworldindia ] t is now more than 3 weeks that e-ticketing services has not been working on Pay World India.
Everytime I call them to ask for a reason, I am told that they are working with IRCTC. Some dues were outstanding which are not paid off.
I am tired of these lames execuses with no defintive answer. Pay World India took Rs. 8000/- and now they don't even take care to respond porperly.
Who is going to bear the loss I am having daily. I am also loosing my customer base and their trust? Who would want their customer to return?
And now yesterday onwards, Pay World India website is also down. All I need to know is by when e-ticketing services will start and if you do not have answer, please state it honesly

I, owner of PC Net Solutions, Alandi, Pune is Retailer (Outlet) Payworld (Sugal & Damani Utility Services Pvt. Ltd.) since 3 + years. Past one month +(1st May) their Railway Reservation System has fully stopped by IRCTC. I have paid deposit Rs. 3000 + 5000/- (for Railway). I am not sure this service will continue. So I want to my Deposit Rs.5000/- return. Please help me for this mater.
