I am (SANTOSH) customer of ICICI since 2007.
Someone has withdrawn Rs. 12,000/- from my account on 26 Jan 2012
ATM from where money is withdrawn: State Bank of Patiala, Dehar, Tiwana, PUNJAB
ATM card is with me only, I stay in Bengaluru. Money withdrawn without the ATM card.


Action taken by me till date
I raised request to block my card immediately and complained at ICICI Bank by visiting ICICI Bank in HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bengaluru.

Visited HSR Police station and got acknowledgement from them, handed it over to ICICI Bank, HSR Layout Branch for further investigating.
Visited ICICI bank again on 18 Feb, to my surprise SR is closed stating its Pin based transaction.


What I want now
I want my money back immediately
I have submitted the Police letter and details to ICICI Bank
Why the SR is closed without my knowledge
Customer care people from ICICI do not respond well.
