I am from Singpore using the money transfer facility of HDFC bank, Quickremit.
I initiated a transaction worth S$5000 on Nov4 and it has failed
No custmer care number for this service and my money is lost(nearly 2 lakhs)
There is one email id for this service but not getting any response even after sending so many mails
Where can I lodge an official complaint regarding this ? Please advise any one??

Hello Sir/Madam,
My name is Tabassum Sayed and my complaint is regarding the Autopay activated on my account without my knowledge due to which my Siebel record has got negative impact on it. I applied for personal loan and because of the negative entries are shown on my account everything is been messed up. I spoke to the HDFC credit card division and they are not ready to help me. My only concern is that I want my siebel record to be cleared.
Please advise.
