I tried to withdraw money on 27th January 2012 using the Debit Card issued by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Since the bank's ATM machines are not installed at many places closer to me, I tried to withdraw money using Indian Bank ATM at Mylapore by 10:30 am. There were 2 machines installed at the branch. I tried with 1 machine which accepted the details from me but didn't deliver the cash. So I tried with the other machine and took Rs. 700/-. Whereas I got a message and mail for twice, saying that I have swiped the card twice and took Rs. 1400/-. I immediately contacted the Bank Official and informed. He inturn asked me to give a phone banking request using toll free number. I did the same. Since money hasn't credited into account till this time, I gave a call to the phone banking number to check the same. They replied that my request was not registered and I have to wait for another week. Since I was impatient and shouted at them. They asked me to contact the home branch. They asked me to send a mail or come to their branch. I stay at Triplicane and work in Mylapore, but they opened the account with Anna Nagar, without even informing me. Now kept contact everyone, they keep pinpointing others and have not done anything to credit my amount so far. Can you help me in this regard?
