Fraudalent transaction on SBI card.
I recieved call from Dining plus bombay in July,2011.The representative asked me my SBI card number saying that you will get multiple benefits and being SBI member only you are eligible for benefits,and even though i insisted not to charge for any benefits that are applicable to privileged members of SBI card.Later I came to know from my SBI statement that a sum of Rs 5499.00 had been debited on 20th July,2011 on account of Dining plus.Later i recieved overnight express courier of the card at my residence which I refused to take delievery and mentioned to cancel transaction on the top of the courier to be sent back to Bomaby Dining plus. We called SBI to please look in to this fraud and was told to file a dispute claim which I did and got the response saying we are out of time period to file a claim,SBI card officials were simply not ready to do the needful.I would request your honour to look into the matter,do the needful and take stringent measures of penalty against dining plus for defrauding the people.Wrongly debited amount of Rs 5499.00 may kindly be credited back to our SBI credit card account.
