Hi Team, I am writing this e-mail in reference to my bad experience with HDFC Bank Credit Card Services . I have been cheated twice by the collection executive in lieu of recovering the minimum payment due against my credit card account.He took application from me twice for auto pay deactivation but not presented the same in Bank. First application was submitted by me to him was in August 2011. Since then I am overwhelmed with the charges charged by the HDFC bank in the name of "Late Payment" "Cheque Return Charges" . When I took the card nobody explained me that bank has activated auto pay on my card and also nobody bothered me initiate a welcome call in order to explain the terms and conditios related to the credit. Sitting over there and charging the customers will not help. You shouuld understand the Voice OF THE CUSTOMER and his grievances. You need to understand WHy CUstomer is not getting ready to PAY ? Where is the Problem ? - If you would start thinking about this then you would encounter the difference and GAPS in the system.REVERSE MY ALL CHARGES RELATED TO LATE PAYMENT AND CHEQUE RETURN FEES AND TELL ME THE ACTUAL AMOUNT WHIHC IS REASONABLE AND BLOCK MY CARD USAGE AS I DO NOT WANT TO USE SUCH SERVICES WHERE BANK IS ONLY FOCUSING ON CHARGING THE CUSTOMER HIGH BUT NOT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER GRIEF

I am writing this e-mail in reference to my experience with your Collection agency executives that I have been cheated twice by the guy who collected the minimum due amount from me against my credit card outstanding.
I paid him amount with the hope that HDFC bank officials would process my request for Auto Pay deactivation with Immediate effect or within the standard TAT but I was not aware that I am dealing with wrong folks who are more interested in collecting the amounts rather than treating customer application seriously. At last I was made aware that he did not even bother to transfer application to HDFC Bank for processing.
Initially I submitted my application in August month along with the payment to the executive. Since, then my Auto pay has not been deactivated and I am bearing huge cost of the credit card payment return fees and late fees which made me disappointed and made me to rethink about my choice towards Bank Selection.
At last now I want you to register an complaint against this and want you to waive of my charges in respect to late fees, cheque return charges and other miscellaneous charges.

Also deactivate my Credit Card right away and the auto pay too.

Further, I would like to reiterate that I submitted the similar application to the aforesaid executive on 10-Aug-11 with the payment of Rs 2800 with cheque hence, I would request you all to check with your collection agency (Staril Force) – whether the executive Pradeep accepted the application from me on 10-August-11 or not as this is the height of anything as he have also admitted today I acknowledge the receipt of application from your end and I also gave the application on the same day in Bank but I wonder why the auto pay not deactivated yet.
I would be paying the O/s amount only after the confirmation of reversal of late payment and cheque return charges from your side along with the auto pay deactivation confirmation.
