Hi,

My HDFC bank customer ID is 34594737. I wanted to apply for a car loan in Sep-2011, however the bank informed me that I already have an auto-loan, credit card and loan (from HDFC bank) which is running default and hence they cannot issue me the loan. Inspite of never having a two wheeler, credit card or any other loan from HDFC, they are potraying a wrong CIBIL info corresponding to my account.

Want to file a case against them for misrepresentation of facts and my creditworthiness. Kindly initiate. Thanks!
