I hold SCB Manhattan Platinum Card since 3 years & it was operating perfect till August 2011. I had almost 5000 reward points as I use this card most of times. I requested for online redeemption. I never received my gift voucher. When I called C.Care, I was told "Sorry sir you have requested Online redeemption, so we don't have any info for it". I with sadness in my heart thought ok so my points are gone. Fortunately I got my points back in September. Next time I ordered Reward Redeemption on Phone on 15th Nov, 2011 & starts my story. Till today, I haven't received my reward. I have called C.Care atleast 7 times & I have been assured sir 15 days, 7 days, 2 days, 5 days, max 4 days type story to get back to me. So after 47 days, I am sitting with no gift & still charged INR 56 for Handling charges. Finally after so many followups even though being assured to get a call back & never got a call back, I have decided to discontinue my C. Card. I give them business for more than 1 Lac/annum & this is the way a customer is treated. This is really un-acceptable.
