I have applied for rpin in state banks v,bag sangli branch before 2.5 to 3 months ago.
On 3rd of november i received a mail regarding that and on the same day 50 rs debited from my acct.
On 31 dec almost 2 months after the amount debited i asked for the repin they said me that pin not yet received.

Please find the attachment detail for amount debited 50 rs.

Now please guide me for the furthor process and legal actions so my issue and hedache both get resolved as m not able to access my account
