this card holder was hospitalized as he went through a major surgery and due to which he was not able pay his past two months bill we informed hdfc before hand but at that time they said thats alright. noe from past few days we were receiving collections calls from this female name bhawana which one of the most pathetic employee of bank who use words like "bill pay kar do warna ghar par gunde bhejyaege", ravinder grover aap apni car sell kar do and pay off the bill and above that she also spoke to me i am his daughter ki "aaap jaise logo ne hi bank ko pagal bamya hua hai" . we did launched a complaint regarding this against the female spoke wth supervisor name neha and varun though received an apology call but guys shld feel sorry only when you guys have solution specially 4r a patience .I seriously demand a apology letter though we have already spoken with consumer court about this as supervisor of bank is aware of this .today on 30 dec 2011 our landline number between 2 - 3 pm we received a call and my mom picked up the call where this female from our collection department said "ravinder grover ki itni faiteecher halat ho gayi hai ki bank ka 2800 nahi de sakte . HDFC shld feel shame of themselves i am now just waiting for my response as consumer court is in its process i want you guys to take strict actions and barge all the collections calls wch have been done on ours numbers my dad num and take strict action against these people or else our next step is media this complaint is on behalf of my dad reply on my num or email add
