My name is shashi sonker my a/c no is-03391000057080 which is in hdfc bank which is in roop nagar old delhi.today i went to the bank to deposit some money when i asked my balance the employee said your a/c balance is 0.i said pls recheck again he said there is some balance which is cut as fine and now your a/c balance is 0.when i deposited the money and got the mess on my cell they deduct some amount when i asked about that he said your a/c is in minus that's why money is deducted.i don't understand this when i asked about my balance twice he said 0 and after depositing money how cum it is in minus???? Why they lied to me don't understand?? When i go to the branch manager mrs.preeti to talk about the matter she refused to talk and shows attitude and even don't care what i am talking to her.what kind of a behavior is this to talk or handle a customer she said right now i am busy whatever you want to say write in written i said right now i am standing in front of you and asking u something which you are not listening how come you take action on written complaint ?she answered i have lots of work to do write it or leave it. I am totally shocked by the answer???.totally insolent and arrogant behavior.are these manager's are appointed to show this scurrilous attitude to the customer..???? Are these kind of services hdfc bank are provided???? How come managers like mrs.preeti can be appointed ?? For insulting the customers?? I am very disappointed and feel very insulting and close my a/c as soon as possible with hdfc bank.
