My Name is Navneet Kumar Sharma and my credit card no was 5176370021204007
that card was issued to me in year 2002 when i was working in Jaipur till 2004 there was a outstanding of Rs. 5000 or 7000/- and in Jan 2005 i move to Delhi and after that i didn't use this credit card and i also forget to deposit the payment because i was busy in my new assignments in my new job but after that i didn't use this card because my kid damage this card.
Now after 5 years i get a call from ICICI Bank OR RECOVERY TEAM that i have a payment due of Rs.44900/-
and in 2007 according to there details they are saying i have done a shopping of Rs.20000/- but according to me it's fake because that card was already damaged in year 2006 by my kid .
i am ready to settle the payment and ICICI bank agent finally settle this @25000/- but for me this is also a big amount. They are calling me 5-6 times everyday for the payment i can also pay the same in second week of of JAN2012 because till then i will get my salary in first week of JAN,but now they are insisting me and harassing me to pay this as soon as and with in 2-3 days, for the same reason i also call icici bank customer care and they are saying that they can't do any thing in this matter.
so i need your help please suggest what should I do
