I have a HDFC Credit card and was long overdue , i was not able to make any payments due to some family and financial issues i had fallen to . At present i want to close the Outstanding on the credit card but i am not able to reach the recovery agents or any one in regards with the same.I hope the bank looks into this and helps me out at the earliest .
