Icici bank credit card - dining plus card I am holding an ICICI Bank TITANIUM Credit Card for past many years. On 30/11/2011, in the evening I received a call from this number +9112047916300 by a person mentioning that she was calling from ICICI Credit Card Team and my name was selected by them for a Dining Plus Card which includes several other offers (1) I would get a free Holiday out of several exotic locations in India worth Rs.7,000/-, (2) A Free Gift from Reebok of my choice worth more then Rs.2,500/-, (3) Free Medical Checkups fro me and my family worth Rs.2,000/- at Religere, (4) Free website Gift Voucher worth Rs.500/- and (4) I would be entitled to get discounts on the purchases and spendings at several outlets and restaurents across India.
After completing the call by the person, I received another call from a person who after repeating the above offers now asked me to make a payment of Rs.5,499/- online at the same time. On my desire to confirm to his offer next day, he denied it and informed me that the offer was for only a few privilaged ICICI card holders and it was required to make the payment online at the same time and I would further receive a Cash Back of Rs.2,000/-. He then, told me that I would receive an SMS from the ICICI Bank informing One Time Password for online transaction. In due course of talk I received an SMS from LM-ICICIB on my mobile mentioning One Time Password. Though I wonder, how could I receive a password when I have not requested through my mobile which is registered to ICICI Credit Card department. I am of the opinion that the OTP is being sent through SMS only upon request received from a registrered mobile number and not by third party. However, this thought came to my mind after the payment of Rs.5,499/-was deducted to my Credit Card Account. I immedeiately got an SMS from LM-ICICIB confirming a payment of Rs.5,499/-.
After making payment, I tried to searched through web and found that there are many victims like me who have posted their complaints through this website.
After that i checked the validity of that Dining Plus company in internet and i found that most of the people are become victims like me. Please do the needful and make necessary legal actions on them. If possible please block my transaction and restrict others to know the customer information.
It must also be noted that such frauds cannot be done without association of Bank Officials, as they processed the payments and managed to send the OTP to my Mobile through ICICI Bank Portal !
In view of the above, I humbly request you to kindly interven the matter and help to get my money back.

I am holding an ICICI Bank TITANIUM CreditCard for past many years.Yesterday i got a call from +911409804046 at 3:4pm from a person stating that being a privilege member of credit card holder im getting this diner card which can entitle me 25% discount on dining at more than 400 outlets.Plus they are offering me (1) I could stay free for 3days/2ninghts in selected hotels in India and many countries to be valid for 9 months. No payment is required to be made to any person there in the Hotel (2) While the Stay in the hotel, I would be reimbursed upto Rs.2000 per day for 2 days towards meals, breakfast, Mineral Water, Coldrinks etd. which I was supposed to spend either in the hotel or even anywhere outside the hotel too. (3) I would be send a free Gift of Rebock worth Rs.2500 and (4) Free Medical Checkups fro me and my family worth Rs.2,000/- at Religere.All these at the price of Rs.5,499/-.I was curious so i said i didnt have such balance on my card,they said it can be done in next billing cycle but will book now.They even knew my home address as well as my card number and valid date other than my register number with the bank.But feeling suspicious i said i will do later and they tried to persuade me even transfer my call to some senior person.I then cut the call.As today i checked i see that these are fraud calls,only citibank is offering diners card.I got this call some 1 month back also but that time i avoided and they said dont give such offer.As this the second call i was curious so i checked up.So i believe as my friend Mr Ashish as had said that bank persons are involved in such matter.Also i want to know if such call comes again how could i track that person through some concerned authority during the duration of the call.

Stop message on 8306080374 from LM-ICICIB I am continuously receieve message from LM-ICICIB from last about one month, daily 4 or five message on mobile number 8306080374. I am upset and angry on u.

Dining Plus Complaints I had seen lots of complaints are registered against DINING PLUS since December 2011 to May 2012at your website & also on grahakseva.com. Almost 6months have been passed still the fraud is going on.
What are you doing against DINING PLUS????
