icici - poor services I had visited the branch n had given them reqst to change my email id ...
this was a month prior.
Yetserday i cald them to provide me bank stat ...they infd me my old email id is updated...
who made these changes ? They have no clue ....
i have lodged a complaint ...now waiting for their answers ...wat kind of systems n services they have .... they r only involved in increasing sale...wat abt service
